When the crystals reached the fiery knight, they stepped back and cursed slightly. Covering their eyes with one hand, they charged a spell with the other. Releasing it summoned a rain of fire to attempt to fall on Lucisan as the knight charged him with her hand lit up in flame as well.
Luc slid his crystal-covered arms against the crystal floor, getting a sort of shield layer on top of his original one. He skated in a circle and made a sort of igloo out of crystal. Now that he knew what he could do, he needed to use it to win this fight.
Against the colder temperatures, the Phoenix’s flames were not as effective anymore. With that, the Phoenix stood on the crystal igloo and sighed as their flames were extinguished.
“Impressive…” the Aries totem’s red flames extinguished and lit up again in blue flames.
The Phoenix started taking off their helm and their chest-length, silky brown hair was revealed alongside a pair of amber eyes.
“May I have your name?”
Luc sighed in relief, slamming his arms against the ground to break the crystals. Thanks gods thats over. He thought, panting for a moment before replying to the Knight. "You can call me Luc." He nodded, looking at their eyes. "Sorry about your eyes…"
“Nah, it’s fine. That was smart actually” the Phoenix laughed a little while looking at their helm.
“You can take a rest now, it’s gonna hard in the few days” she turned to Lucisan with a ‘cute’ and definitely welcoming smile.
Luc gave a thumbs up. "Alrighty, where's the library?" He asked, what, it wasn't like he was here just for the weird knight thing. This place had an amazing library, from what he's heard.
The Phoenix blinked at him at bit before chuckling.
“What a coincidence, I’m going there as well. Follow me I guess” she smiled as the armor on her dispersed and formed back into the Phoenix badge to which she attached to her shirt. She started to walk back into the building.
“That’d be correct. I’m also the one who sent you the letter for that matter” a tab of color palettes appeared in front of the golden Sagittarius uniform.
“Please take a look at it”
Cat walked over and looked at the suit. She then looked at the man sitting at the end of the table. "Okay am I judging this for someone else or what?"
"Thanks, let me grab my bag really quickly." He muttered, letting the armor go into the badge like it did for the other. He climbed up the wall and grabbed his bag, making sure it was secure before jumping down/
“Hm… I understand…” the silver haired man added. They seemed tired for unknown reasons but their voice was nice to listen to.
“By the way, you are one of the twelve right? The new Zodiacs…?”
(Aaa sorry it took me so long)
Xara looked over and nodded. "Well, that's what the man inside said… in a vague sort of way. Who are you?"
“That’s for you” he answered with a soft smile.
He now waited for the other Zodiacs to arrive, some of which he really wanted to see in the palace. The Sagittarius uniform, as stated before, came with a single wing on the left side of the armor and a specially made bow.
“Be careful” the Phoenix giggled a little before she guided Lucisan through the building. Inside the palace, truthfully speaking, was quiet but in a scary way more than a peaceful way.
“You know, this place used to be more beautiful when General Indas was still here. His sense of decoration was superb”
The man didn’t directly turned to look at Xara, he just used his eyes to glance at her.
“Do you really want to know?” There was a hint of sinister in his voice for some reason. A gentle smile formed on his lips.
Xara raised an eyebrow. "What a stupid question. I wouldn't have asked if I didn't want to know," she said wryly, crossing her arms
“Well, I go by the name of—“ a black substance formed behind Xara and pulled her arms and legs back “—Celestial Harpy, a knight of General Indas” the figure smiled threateningly now as the same black substance covered him. As the substance dispersed, the man was now in a full black armor with hints of orange throughout.
(I LOVE SAINT SEYIA SO MUCH MILO AND SHIRYU ARE MY BOY'S! I won't join because I'd probably kill the Rp with my lack of being online)
"Hey Matthew, you see that?" Quebec pointed at Xara as he looked at the shopkeeper next to him.
Xara blinked. "Is this because I asked for your name? Christ, this is uncalled for," she said, tugging at the substance on her arm.
(I LOVE SAINT SEYIA SO MUCH MILO AND SHIRYU ARE MY BOY'S! I won't join because I'd probably kill the Rp with my lack of being online)
(Nah! You can join if you want, it’s not like everyone’s online all the time XD)
(And yes, MILO AND SHIRYU ARE SO… gah, it’s hard to explain XD)
Matthew turned and looked at where Quebec pointed at.
“Yeah, looks kinda weird right? Maybe it’s just one of the knights teaching her something, don’t worry about it” he gave him his idea as he was excitedly waiting for the next battle, whoever it is, to begin.
The Harpy shook his head.
“To be honest with you, I was sent to kill someone today anyways but… unfortunately I’m not in the mood so I’m feeling a bit generous today. How about this? I’ll let you go but you keep our meeting a little secret…”
(Milo is the best Gold Saint hands down, sorry but he is, the rest of them are either a evil, b have boring and painfully good personalities, or c Dead)
Xara tipped her head and looked pointedly past him. "You're aware that they aren't blind, correct?" She asked for clarification.
(From that statement alone I think I can conclude that either Saga or Deathmask is at the end of your list, am I correct?)
“Yes, but do I care?” The black substance that held Xara released her and the Harpy flew off faraway. The black wings they had looked vaguely similar to a crow’s.
Xara stared at the man flying away. "Why did you come here if you didn't want anyone to know about you? And how are you going to know if I tell anyone? Come back! I need answers!" She called after him frustratedly.
(No Actually, Capricorn is last on my list, he's to egotistical, Death mask at least fixes that by the end of soul of gold)
“That’s for you” he answered with a soft smile.
He now waited for the other Zodiacs to arrive, some of which he really wanted to see in the palace. The Sagittarius uniform, as stated before, came with a single wing on the left side of the armor and a specially made bow.
Cat looked at the suit again. "Did you make this?" she was eyeing the suit and every detail. Plag was pacing around it, not seeming to like it. He would have a difficult time staying on her shoulders due to the wing on it. Then Cat looked at the bow. "And what the hell is that?"
Xara’s question was somewhat answered. Laying on the ground was a letter signed by General Indas, the ‘betrayer’ of the kingdom.
(Oof, yeah true. Despite the original series though, Capricorn’s my favorite in Lost Canvas, like… what a character development)
“Yes and that’s an extension to your bow per say. There’s a slot behind it where you can insert your bow. I know, it doesn’t look the best but you know, not everything’s as you want in the world” the man at the end of the table shrugged.
(Can I get a brief description of the suit? Por favor?)
Xara looked down and picked up the letter, turning it over before tucking it into her pocket. "Alright, then, I suppose," she muttered.
(Thank you.)
"Have you ever done archery before? Or even held a bow for that matter?" Cat looked at the man again. "Like I get that idea is that I'm gonna be on the battlefield and I need a bit of protection. However, if you want me to actually fight back, this ain't gonna work. And here is why, that mask, when firing a bow it is imperative to know, not only your target but what is behind it. My peripheral vision is all screwed up by the mask. That metal on the torso is going to decrees my ability to move. And that is important for firing a bow, I have to be able to bend in all directions, turn and move fast. The shoulder pieces need to go altogether. I need full mobility for my arms in order to get full draw back. And those are just the things I can see. Depending on it's weight it will also mess me up. I need to be in something light so that I can go for a long time." She walked over and picked up the bow. "What's the draw back weight to this?"
Syzen blinked a couple of times.
“You might want try the suit on first before judging it, pretty sure I thought a lot of it through. Also, it’s 30lbs” he suggested and answered for that matter.
