(One of my friends called Party City and asked if they had emoji balloons, specifically these ones: 😍 😘 When the guy on the phone told her that they didn't have those ones, but they had just regular smiley faces, she gave him this ridiculous story about how she wanted them to break up with her boyfriend because he "just didn't talk to her." She then asked if the guy had a girlfriend— "No, I don't," he said— and if he could give her some advice. Then she asked if they did large sums, like 500.

"500?!?" the guy exclaimed.

"Yeah. I wanted to do 2000, but nobody will sell me that many."

"Uh… Let me go check…"

After he put her on hold she quickly hung up and tossed the phone down. And then we all started laughing really hard. 😂)

Of course, my book-life was interrupted by a loud tune coming from my purse. I sat up straight, blushing, then frantically tried to silence my stupid flip-phone. After fumbling with it for a moment, I finally pressed the right button and it shut up.

I pulled my phone out of my purse and checked to see who texted me. When I noticed it was my friend, I sighed in relief, having thought it was my stepdad telling me that I needed to come home.

Alright. Anna finished looking at the books. Now which one should I actually get… She picked a medium sized book off the shelf. A Mango Shaped Space. Hm, this is the one my youth leaders said I should read. Anna nodded and walked away from the shelf, taking the book with her.

I picked up my phone when it vibrated. I quickly put it facedown on the table. "Nope. No. Just….not even going to try answering that." I said as a slight blush crept to my cheeks.

I put the phone down and dropped my head down on the table and groaned. "WhatdoIdonow?" I questioned out loud.

(And guys I now need a book cover. It's for the book Dani's in and it's called, Can You See Me Now? I'm writing it on Wattpad.)
