She looked up and sighed, and began to run inside. "I don't want to go to math, but I've already hit my 3 skip warning limit yay." She sang as she headed inside and changed, and waited for you out in the hall. You walked out to Zack doing the ultimate douchebag move. It was such an anime cliche. I was up against the wall, and both of his hands were on the wall, talking down at me as she stood there, fists balls, and you knew he was going to get either decked or kneed in the place no man should ever be kneed.
Letting out a sigh, sounding as if this happened all of the time, he steps over to him, just behind him.
Grabbing him by his hair, pulling his neck back and kicking the back of his knees making them bend, losing his balance, flipping out his pen and holding it to his neck as a longer needle type thing burst out, barely touching his neck.
"B@stards like you need to learn a lesson. Now if you don't want me to teach you one, get to class."
He whispers in his ear, then glaring daggers into his very soul as he peered into Zacks hideous eyes.
He let go of his hair as his head was still tilted back, then kicking him to the ground, then looking at Elevyn with a sigh, twirling his pen in his finger and it disappeared. He was good with small magic tricks like that. Which he did all the time.
"Let's go. Like you said, you've received your last warning."
He says grabbing her wrist and pulling her down the hall.
She was too dumbfounded by this to even react with some sarcastic or sassy response, and after the situation hit her the only thing she could say was. "I am so fucking lucky I'm your friend." She said with a laugh, looking back. "I'm still going to the party though." She said with a nod as she yanked her wrist out of your hand and walked up the stairs. You two had different classes until lunch, and ended the day together with the same class as well.
"That's why I'm going with you."
He says as she yanked out of his grip, with another eye roll, which he did so much as anyone who knew him would also know that.
He then made his way farther down the hall. Stopping in front of the door as he took in a deep breath and opened the door and all eyes were immediately on Min-Hyuk. They had seen what he had done, and the teacher was going to get after him after class, he knew that for sure. Well…..she could try. But one other thing he was good at…..getting away. He was able to get out of almost any situation he was in, including getting away from the teachers. Which was a piece of cake.
Walking along the wall then to the back to his seat near the window in the corner, he heard all sorts of murmurs and whispers.
He didn't care. If it was about him, he never cared.
She sighed as she sat down at her table and began to "chat it up." Enjoying her time with her friends until class started. You were also one of the main reasons Evelyn had good grades. Vaguely good grades, but especially math. It's what she struggled the most with, always has, always will. (Time skip to lunch?)
(Yep.)
The bell rang and everyone fled out of the classroom as Min-Hyuk simply sat still in his desk, looking out the window, studying how the leaves rustled in the wind. He would always purposely do this, waiting until everyone was gone.
The teacher sat at his desk. One of the teachers all of the girls fangirled over his hotness and his gentleman-like mannerisms. Min-Hyuk didn't think he was to bad either.
He stood up and started walking to Min-Hyuk at his desk, but once he took two steps, Min-Hyuks eyes darted towards him with a small smirk only his friends knew what it meant when he did.
Quickly standing up, swinging his black and white checkered bag over his shoulders, he jumped over a desk, then stepping on another and speeding out of the room, turning around to look behind him as his teacher stormed out of the classroom after him as Min-Hyuk ran backward at an extremely impressive speed for running backward.
Evelyn was to busy goofing off to really notice you bolting out of class, as she got her lunch and sat down at the usual table in the back. She began to eat, watching for you.
(I just realized the irony is the fact that Evelyn means First Light in Hebrew. She is the SUN)
Slamming into the lunchrooms big doors, opening them he looked around and spotted Evelyn, jumping on a table then back onto the ground to get to her, his mischevious grin on his face as he did. And you could tell what it meant without a doubt.
"Mr. Hot Dudes after me again. Let's go! I can buy you lunch."
He says grabbing her hand, pulling her away from the table ignoring everyone else looks and led her to the door that led outside. Evelyn always got in dangerous trouble, while he got into mischievous trouble 24/7. Though every now and then he would join in on her shenanigans.
She laughed and smiled, waving, before suddenly you here Jennifer. Jennifer with her long hair and her good tan and her cheerleader outfit. "WAIT EVELYN! I HAVE A QUESTION!" Evelyn stopped and turned around "WHAT JENNIFER?!?!? She snapped as the girl walked up. "So. Since you two are in a rush. Are you guys a thing?" She asked, hands on her hips as she blew a bubblegum bubble. Evelyn let go of your hand. "No Jenni, nor will we ever BE. QUIT ASKING ME THAT." She then grabbed your hand and went running off again, obviously annoyed.
Smiling a bit, enjoying the rush as he hears his teachers voice in the background, he follows Evelyn, flipping Jennifer off as he looked back at her, then he continued following her.
"So, where do you wanna go?"
He says pulling her to the side behind a tree, not purposely, but pressing her against the large trunk of his, his hand on one side of her, breathing hard as he looked up to her, waiting for her to answer. He didn't have much money, but he had to pay her back for ruining her lunchtime with the rest of her friends.
"Dunno. McDonalds?" She asked as she stayed there. Somebody shouted. "HEY! YOU TWO SHOULD KISS!" Before he got punched by his buddy while laughing. Evelyn rolled her eyes as she panted and sank down into the grass. "Had a fucking math test today."
Looking at the boys towards the school, flipping them off also, he sat in the grass beside her.
"Did you remember what I taught you?"
He says running his fingers through his raven black hair, his eyes looking silver as the sun shined down in his eyes through the cracks of the leaves.
"Yeah. PRETTY sure I didn't fail." She shrugs, ripping up some grass. "Anyways I'm hungry, lets go eat." She gets up.
"I'm glad main streets close to this school."
He says standing up, then holding out his hand to her, offering his help.
"Do you wanna take my car?"
She nods. "Yeah." Evelyn did not drive, she didn't like it and she had enough siblings who could drive that she didn't see a need to. Friends too, along with you. She didn't just consider you a friend you were her Best Friend, a special privilege handed out only to the prestige and few.
"Okay then, get the h*ll up then. I'm not driving the car all the way over here!"
He says still holding his hand out. SEO Hyeon, his little sister, though only by one year didn't have a car. And the only reason he has his car is his friend in Japan who had bought it. When he was young his friends family got kicked out of the country for some illegal things, though was able to keep their money since the government couldnt take that away. His friend and his family is still rich, so he thought he would help his friend out. Which was beyond nice. Which he was.
She got up, and walked past his hand. She liked to prove her independent nature whenever she could, even now. Zack came outside and walked up to Evelyn. "Hey uhm Ev'! Wait. I'm sorry for pinning you against the wall like that." He rubbed the back of his neck nervously, and Evelyn could tell it was sincere. "I accept your apology but you have a lot more hell to pay then just Min roughin' you up a bit before you're forgiven. And before you ask, I'm still going to the party but you better cut a 10 foot wide circle around me. Fucker." She growls and glares, and then went over to your car, her happy nature soon returning as she skipped over to it towards the end. But you could tell that she was bothered, there was something fake about her. It was the way she wore her full smile. She smiled but her eyes didn't. It was very hard to tell when Evelyn was bothered or faking, but you knew. You always knew.
Noticing her smile, her fakeness, and her eyes. Those bothersome sad eyes that drove him insane when he saw them. They were actually quite beautiful, if only they were filled with joy.
"Screw off you prick"
Min-Hyuk hisses (not literally) at Zack as Elevyn finished her sentence and hopped in his black and white car. He hopped in it and started the car, turning around and throwing smoke up into Zacks's face as they drove off.
"Mcdonalds here we come!"
A smirk had reappeared on his face as he sped up down the road.
She nodded, and looked out the window a bit, enjoying the silence until she couldn't take it, then turned on the radio, and turned it down, her eyes returning to the outside. This was unusual behavior. Normally she'd tell you about how the classes leading up to lunch went, some sassy remark she heard in the halls, something. She was never quiet, but you had also learned she enjoyed silence when it was raining, and wrap up in blankets and read and talk deeply. About the world. She was a ranter of poetry. You know the secret depths below her bubbly surface. But it wasn't raining. It was sunny, and usually she'd roll down the window and stick her head out and wave to all the people before you pulled her back inside.
Giving her a side glance when she reached overturning on the radio, but he didn't stop her like he normally did when she touched his things. He just listened and observed. He couldn't tell whether he was fine with her being quiet or not. But he did know that he didn't like it when she was quiet if it meant she was in a bad mood.
Taking a turn into mc Donalds, he looked at her once he parked.
"We're going in today. I don't feel like yelling my order to a machine."
She offered a small smile and got out, her pace having slowed, still thinking back to what Zack had said after first period gym. (Assssssssssk at some point) She headed in, ordered her usual of 2 burgers, no pickles no fries, and a medium McFlurry. You knew the order by heart.
Sitting down in the far corner, in the seat farthest away from everyone else they skid in the booth. He had ordered a cute little ice cream cone and always at the self-ordering machines they had beside the soda fountains.
"Hey, you up to talking about it or are you just gonna give me the silent treatment."
He says after the worker had given them their food and walked away.
"It's just Zack…he said something about if I didn't go out with him Jessica was going to 'GET' me however the hell he's gonna do that. They hate eachother. She nearly killed him last time the two got into a fight. Of course, it was her fault for getting handsy with her but still. I'm surprised he has the guts to threaten me with such a stupid, worthless, fake, paper thin bitch like REALLY? That's his push? Still I can't help but wonder…I mean Jessica knows we aren't dating, has known for awhile so her question…" She sighs and bites her burger. "I'm so fucking tired of highschool drama."
"Excuse me what now? Going to get you?"
He says calmly, yet a hint of anger at the tip of his tongue. He usually always kept his chill with his words.
He never yelled EVER, and he never even raised his voice. When he did, it was a serious situation.
The only way he shows his anger is towards himself. He takes the anger that either was given to him by someone else, not taking it then, or he takes the anger that he has in himself and takes it out on himself. It was the safest way.
The only reason he ever beat someone up is to protect someone. Unless they drove him to the breaking point and he finally breaks. Then he does it to show them that he doesnt want to be messed with. Which obviously didnt work with Elevyn as anyone could tell. She called him Minny and he punched her in the gut leaving her rying on the floor. She did it constantly, non-stop just annoying and pestering him with every thing she had. He finally got tired of it, and girl or not, he didnt regret punching her.
They wouldnt be friends if that wouldnt have happened anyway.
He snapped out of reality, slightly biting his silver lip ring on the side of his lip.
(looks like this except for its on the other side of his lip and its silver: https://pin.it/bmdxugvibt6aql)
"Jessica would because Zack's a fucking coward." She said with an eyeroll. "I was tempted to tell him I was with you just so he'd back off but that's a hell I don't want to walk through. But then you kicked his ass before I had time to response. Thanks for that, I owe ya one."
"i just scared him. I didnt even pull out a hair- oh wiat…."
He says putting his finger on his lip and looking up, then back at her
"yes i did. There was a tiny chunk. He doesnt take good care of his hair thats for sure. Too many products."
He says biting the other side of his lip, where there was a cut there from doing it too much and every now and then he would accidentally open it again. Which he didnt mind. He enjoyed the pain.
(I smell another masochist) She rolled his eyes. "No you body slammed him to the ground basically, scared the shit outta him. I hope he leaves me alone. I can't stand him." She said and took a breath, finishing her first burger and starting on the second. She tugged down her sleeves. This was a sign that maybe last night hadn't gone…the best. Evelyn had a past, one you didn't know very much about. You knew her mother was dead. You knew she was adopted. And that was it.
(haha, yeah. These are actually the only characters i have that are masochists out of like a bajillion. Well other than my demon lady XD)
"good, i hope so too."
He mumbles as he looks over at his ice cream, then at her pulling her sleeves down. He had his dark secrets too, and he wasnt about to ever tell her about them. His body was like a piece of wood to an angry boy. Cutting it, burning it, breaking them in pieces when they felt angry or sad. Though the boy could carve and burn great masterpieces into them when he wanted.
She finished her burger and ate the icecream, before resting her head in her arms as she just breathed, enjoying this break, when her phone buzzed. She checked it and groaned. "Riiiight I have practice tonight. Oh well." She shrugs.
