The teacher came in soon after, carrying a satchel with loose papers flying out of it. He collected all the papers, then pulled more coffee-stained papers out of his bag and began to look over them. He then told everyone to take their seats and he would take attendance.

(Currently, I'm idea-less. If you have any ideas for anything to continue the plot, please feel free to do so. I do realize that I'm the one who made the roleplay and I should continue the story, but I'm currently out of ideas. For now, that is.)
"Oh, boy…" Griffin mumbled. "We have ourselves a messy teacher."

"But yeah, I think I might go to the game. I wouldn't be surprised if we won or lost though." Griffin nodded to Piper.
"I'm Griffin."

Deleted user

"Oh? How so? As 'the kid who's troubled'?" Griffin chuckled to himself. "Or just attendance? 'Cuz I'm pretty much the first one called."

@Periwinkle_

“Nope, we’ve just had a few classes together. You always sit in the back though, so we usually never end up sitting near each other.”

(Oof, sorry. I had to leave for summer break, and I'm on a limited schedule…It's fine if you don't want this to continue this…)

"Oh," Griffin bites his cheek, fumbling with his pencil. "I guess I'm not so social then, am I?" It was his attempt at humor.

(Okay!)

@Periwinkle_

“No, I guess not. Neither am I though, so it’s okay.” The joke was pretty dry, so she just smiled and flipped her pencil around her fingers. “I wonder, why are you taking art if you don’t draw?”

"My parents want me to be this big-time painter. So here I am, trying to impress them and tying to keep my love of music from them." Griffin shrugs, his scribble being a bit more…aggressive. He wished he could've just stayed quiet. Why did he open his big fat mouth? Just mind your own business, Grif.

@Periwinkle_

"Wow, that's a first," She said as she let her pencil fall to the desk. "I always hear about kids who want to pursue art but their parents won't let them, not the other way around. If they're okay with you doing art, why aren't they okay with you doing music? Wouldn't the complaints be the same?"

Deleted user

"Well…that'd be true in some cases, but not necessarily mine." Griffin nodded, pretending as if it were no big deal when it was. What the heck was he doing, putting himself out there?

Deleted user

"Well, let's say that there's been some family drama, and I'm caught in the middle of it." Griffin answered, not really content to say more.

Deleted user

"Ah, mostly country," Griffin answered, rapping his fingers on the table in nervousness. "What kind of art do you do?" Griffin was quick to get the conversation off of him, being frantically insecure all of a sudden.

@Periwinkle_

"Huh. I draw, i mostly use paper versus canvases or anything. Graphite and watercolor is like 80% of what I use to be honest."

Deleted user

"Cool," Griffin noted, trying his best to draw something to resemble…well, something. "Besides drawing, what do you like to do?"

@Periwinkle_

“I like to do a lot of artsy stuff,” she shrugged. “You name it, i do it. Painting, writing, sewing, baking, dancing. . . that kind of stuff.”

Deleted user

"That's cool," Griffin told himself aloud. He didn't really know what else to say, so he tried to continue his doodle.

@Periwinkle_

She nodded. “I can’t do anything else. Any talent I have lies in that category, which means my job choices are pretty slim. Question: do you like small talk or no?”
