Cleo cracked open her eye's and sat up blinking the bleariness from her eye's, as her surroundings came into focus she groaned, "Dang it I though I had dreamed all that, guess not."

"Sorry dear, no dreams here." Falhorn was sitting on his bed, reading. Setting the book aside, he smiled at Cleo.
"Good to see you awake."

"I'd rather not be." She complained rolling over, "I didn't stretch after that run, I didn't get a cool down either." Cleo added, "So is this what you do all day, sit and read?"

"I'll have you know I was not reading this entire time. I got more food for you, so you wouldn't be stuck with oatmeal all the time, I cleaned, and I got more firewood." He seemed proud of how well he took care of his home.

"…. And your so proud of accomplishing something so little." Cleo commented, "Wow it must be nice to have nothing to do."

Miffed, Falhorn turned away slightly.
"You try finding something to do this day and age when you going anywhere in the human world could endanger your entire race."

"Or you could stop kidnapping people, With a face and build like your's you'd have no problem finding girls to make out with." She commented, "People aren't as smart as you think they are, I doubt any one would be smart enough to realize you're not human."

"Word gets around about things like what I do pretty quickly, and I still have a duty to my woodland. Besides, when I feed on someone's life force, there's kind of bond formed. I have their life inside of me." Falhorn moved to sit on his chair again, sitting next to Cleo.

Cleo raised an eyebrow, "Well don't go get sentimental, I'm doing my very best to despise you, and you, you are making things harder. Listen one day you are going to kill me, I don't plan on getting attached to the person who's gong to end up killing me."

Falhorn sighed, then smiled at Cleo.
"That's not gonna happen for a very long time. I'm careful that way. And its really hard to live with someone when you're constantly trying to hate them."

"Well, is there something I should be replacing that hate with?" She questioned, a hint of amusement in her eye's.

"Only a dislike, maybe even a begrudging tolerance. And, Lord forbid, actually liking me." Falhorn smirked.

Cleo shook her head, "Nope, I only work in absolutes, no in between emotions for me." She was grinning now and her eye's flashed with spark mischief, "I'm afraid Hate seems to be the only option."

Falhorn shook his head.
"There is one other option…" He said, smirking.

"Is there?" She asked raising an eyebrow, "Are you sure?"

"You could always…" Falhorn looked back and forth, mock checking for easedroppers, like what he was saying was scandalous.
"Love me."

Cleo placed a hand over her heart in mock surprise, "And why would I do a thing like that? Sure you're good looking and besides the fact that you chained me to a wall and are using me as a walking pantry you've treated me with nothing but kindness, still you did Kidnap me and I just don't know how to get over that one."

Falhorn placed a hand over his heart.
"Belle got over it for the beast; surely you could do the same for a unicorn like me."

Cleo felt her wall of sarcasm crack, it was a small crack nothing unfixable, "But the similarities end there, the beast Loved Belle back." She grinned thinking she had beat him at this game they were playing.

"You forget; it took him time to fall of her; he even pushed her away at first. I'm not." Falhorn winked, smirking.He put his hands on his left knee and leaned forward a little.

Cleo wasn't going to be the one to back down, she leaned closer to him, almost like she was taunting him, daring him, "Are you sure that's wise? It seems to me like falling in love with a mortal woman might bring some heart ache."

"For a girl such as yourself, it might even be worth the pain," he said, smirk growing.

Cleo grinned, "I'm flattered." She leaned closer, What the heck am I doing, this guy just kidnapped you and now you're flirting with him, great, that's it Cleo you've gone insane

By now, they were only about half a foot away. Falhorn leaned forward, bringing this measure down to a mere three inches.
"I'm glad."

Cleo smiled, "Well I'm glad you're glad." What the heck, why does he smell so nice, Cleo, Cleo what are you doing, Cleo.. She lifted up on of her hands and toy'd with a strand of his hair, "Though I still think your analogy is flawed, I'm not as nice as Belle."

Falhorn chuckled, liking Cleo playing with his hair.
"Perfect. Because I'm not as gentle as the beast."

"Oh?" She questioned, her hand grew bolder and now it was fiddling with the hairs at the base of his neck, the cold chain biting into her wrist.

"Perhaps you wouldn't mind a first hand experience of it," he said, leaning into her hand slightly. He couldn't help it, it felt good.

Cleo ran her fingers through the soft silver hair, "Perhaps…" She answered softly grinning, "Perhaps."
