She bit her lip when he flexed under her touch, butterflies tickling the walls of her stomach. "We shall" she replied, pushing open the stairway doors and walking down to the atrium.

Sitting in the couch at Lili's Place, Luca read the text he had just received. It was his friend Ed, telling him that some teacher was pissed at him for skiping detention. Luca ignored it. He had better things to do. He grabbed a handful of chips from the bowl and zapped on the tv while.

Lili walked in from the kitchen with a bowl of popcorn in one hand and chips in another. “So, have you found it yet? I’m damn well sure I made a playlist or something of it…” she muttered, sitting on the couch next to him. She was now dressed in a white, oversized t-shirt that she stole from Luca a while back. She’d now cropped it and cut a deep v-neck. She wore black short shorts along with it and her hair up in a ponytail. She looked adorable

Luca glanced at her from the side. "Is that my t-shirt?" He swiped through a couple of other movies before he found the one they were going to see. Lili looked really good, and he smiled a little. He clicked the movie and leaned back on the couch.

She trued to hide a smile, pursing her lips, “no…” she muttered, glancing over at him as a smile perked up at her lips. “Did you find the movie?” She asked, looking over at him before moving closer, resting her head on his shoulder

"Yup." Luca started the movie and put an arm around Lili's shoulders. "This is the one you wanted to see, right?" He looked down at her, making sure she was comfortable, before reaching out a hand to grab some more snacks.

“Yup” she muttered, moving her head from his shoulder and to the couch cushion behind her. She was normally always close to him, but for some reason tonight felt different. Had something in the air changed?

Luca watched the movie, but he couldn't really focus. Lili was so close to him. She always was, but this was different. He could feel her shoulders move slightly against his skin every now and then, and everything he wanted was to just lean down and kiss her. But he couldn't do that, of course. That would ruin their friendship.

She soon got up, heading out to the kitchen to grab a glass of water. She needed to relieve herself from the situation at hand or else she’d end up doing something she might regret. “Do you want something to drink?” She called out, the butterflies still tickling her stomach even out in the kitchen

"No thanks, I'm fine," Luca yelled back. There was a tension between them today that he had never felt before. He thought the day through. Had he done something wrong? Except for fighting that jerk, that meant. Did he say something weird? He didn't know.

She placed her glass down on the granite counter and tugged her honey gold hair from her ponytail, running her fingers through it before sighing softly. “Dammit” she muttered to herself, taking another sip of her water. What was happening? She felt so flushed and she hadn’t a clue why. She picked up her glass and walked back on, her face a bright pink.

“Where are we?” She asked, referring to the movie. She just hoped he wouldn’t noticed her flushed expression
