Well, they are almost my general role play rules, except killing is obviously allowed, even of main characters. or seemingly main ones, but are supporting and only main for a bit. Those rules are on a different site, though. It can be as crazy as we want. The detail isn't restricted; you saw my example. However, we need to create tributes. Also, once we start, I'm closing this to anyone else. Who all wants to role play this? If all of us do, we each need to take four districts and make eight characters. I'll let you two pick your districts and I'll use the remaining ones. I like my role players to be happy. If it's just two of us, the other is welcome to read it, and the ones doing it would get six districts and twelve tributes. I just want them all named. We can decide our main two, maybe three each if all of us are, and main three or four each if it's just two.

I took them down as they were in something I took down. Also, as much as I'd love a couple more people. it's unlikely. It took long enough for it to be found. It's fine, though. I'll give it a bit more time.

District does not matter. Here's a template for the characters:

Okay, district is if you know it, skills is both with survival and weapons, and relationships can be alliances with tributes, having family/friends who have been in the Games, and other is stuff you find important.

Yeah, I can. This is Phoenix from my example

Name: Phoenix (I am terrible and creating last names, okay?)
District: One
Gender: Female
Age: Fourteen
Skills: Talented with using blades, any type, great at blocking attacks, can make her own weapons, has many survival skills, being a Career, and has a lot of determination, which can keep her alive at times.
Relationships: The Career Pack, Lea and Gavin, (if we're making more than one OC these two are in too) and her older sister Mia, who won the Games a few years ago
Other: Was trained for the Games for years against her will, as she didn't like doing it as it was illegal and generally not right, her determination keeps her alive because with it she refuses to die, and if she wins, her plan is to end the tradition of the Hunger Games without starting an uprising because while she can fight and is very strong, violence isn't a thing she likes when it comes to violence resulting in a lot of deaths.

Well, in my example, most of The Hunger Games happened, but then Katniss and Peeta died, resulting in Catching Fire and Mockingjay to never happen. That means no uprising to end the Games once and for all. This results in the Hunger Games continuing longer, and this one was the 100th, or the fourth Quarter Quell. I wanted to add a twist to this but didn't in my example since one, I was running role plays, and two, I was generally tired from vacation, which would also explain the typos. Anyway, if you'd prefer this changes, I'm fine with that.

The thing were two people could win was honestly a thing I loved in the original. I loved how they changed it towards the end and then they refused to kill each other and then they both won in the end. That would be fun, actually. I might add another twist since this is the one hundredth.
