“Oh. I’m sorry,” he stayed quiet for a minute. Then he wrapped his hands around his waist and kissed his cheek.

"don't be." He said, leaning into him "is it bad that I prefer him dead? After all the things he did to me and my mom."

“No, it’s not. It’s normal,” he said softly and kissed Jas’s neck.

He sighed softly softly "we're anything but normal," he smiled up at Nick

“That’s the truth,” he laughed. “You’re about to burn those waffles,” he jerked his head towards what he was holding.

He opened the waffle maker and flipped out a slightly burnt waffle onto a plate "if you keep distracting me like that then of course they gonna burn." He teased, pouring more batter into the waffle maker

“I wasn’t distracting you. You should be able to focus even with me being here,” he smirked and kissed Jas neck leaving a mark.

"I can focus just fine with you next to me, its when you start kissing me like this is when I get distracted," he nudged into Nick's head and laughed softly "plus it's like 9 in the morning,"

“Alright, alright,” he backed off. He moved close to his ear and said. “We’ll finish this later,” Nick smirked.

"with we now?" Jas purred, glancing over his shoulder and flipping the waffle over

“We will,” Nick sat down at the table and leaned back in his chair.

Jas laughed softly and shook his head. He put the waffles on a plate. He took another plate and put the eggs on it, cracking some salt and pepper over them. "Breakfast, is served!" He announced, walking over and placing the area on the table

“Looks amazing love!” His eyes sparkled and he smiled. He licked his lips and got the syrup from the fridge and poured it on then started eating. “Tastes amazing too!”

Jas laughed softly "thank you love." He said with a smile, taking a bite of food

He smiled and ate his waffle in a matter of a couple minutes. “Tasty! My belly is now full. Thanks for the food.”

"no problem." He stood and took both their plates to the sink to wash "did they give you any missions for today?"

He shook his head, “Not that I know of. I’d have to go to the institution to find out if they need us or not.”

"oh ok, hopefully we get a break." He said, washing the dishes and putting them aside to dry

“Really? Where planning something if we did have a day off?” He smiled and rested his head on the table.

He walked over to him and kissed his cheek "love, you know I don't plan anything." He laughed, walking off towards the living room

“Alright…” he got up and walked to his Ben room and got some clothes out of his dresser. He put on some ripped jeans and a red plaid T-shirt. He fixed his hair and came back out. “How do I look?”

Jas opened his eyes and glanced up at Nick "as beautiful as ever," he said with a smile

“Why thank you. You might wanna change your clothes before we go,” he smirked.

"go? Where are we going?" He asked, standing up and wrapping his arms around Nick's neck

“The institution remember? We have to check if they need us or not,” he tilted his head, wrapping his hands around Jas.

"oh…oh yeah…." Jas blushed "I can breach us to our room, I don't have clothes here." He pulled the blanket over his head like a cloak

He removed the blanket and kissed his forehead. “Why are you hiding from me?”

He laughed softly and hurried his head in the crook of Nick's neck "I'm.not hiding from you. Just cold. Plus we don't know if the others are in the room." He said

“Only people who have keys will be able to get in. If anyone sees you like this I’ll punch their face in,” he smiled. “Besides…” Nick hugged Jas. “If you’re cold I can just warm up my body heat.”
