Virgil's expression soured at the mention of the Dark Sides. "If you ask me, it's for the better," he remarked with disdain, slouching in on himself minutely.

"Yeah, better.." Roman didn't really know what to think. Virgil was a Dark Side, albeit formerly, and he wasn't that bad… and as much as he disliked his brother, he didn't want anything bad to happen to Remus. It was only Deceit he was unsure about, really.

The anxious trait spared an uneasy glance at Roman. He hadn't really meant the jab at his brother, but Remus was… Well, Remus. He couldn't control the Duke. He had no influence over the Duke. That was something to worry over, and worry for him—literal Anxiety—never ended particularly well. He settled with glancing away and crossing his arms in front of him.

"As long as Thomas learns how to properly deal with his dark sides, we should be alright. Remus caused a few issues, but I explained last episode how non threatening he really is." Logan put his Crofters away and closed his book, coming over to join the group.

"And it's all because of you, Logan. As long as you're around, the Dark Sides can't hurt us." Roman said, swiping the jar of Crofters and swallowing a spoonful, then handing it back to Logan.

"Indeed. Honestly, numerous of Thomas's problems could have been avoided if he just listened to me more." Logan straightened his glasses with a quiet sigh of exasperation.

Patton found his way into the kitchen, realizing the Parks and Rec wasn’t going to change the twenty-first time Thomas watched it.
“That’s right, Logan.” He smiled, only catching the last part of the conversation. “What were you talking about?”

"The last episode with our new 'friend', Remus." Logan said simply, sitting down in an armchair. "In addition to how I can help with handling his preposterous nature."

“Oh.” Patton sat on the corner of the table where he could see everyone. “Well that’s great, then.”

Logan nodded and opened his book again with a soft sigh. "Roman. Have you come up with any more video ideas?"

"A few, but they're works in progress. It'll be a day or two before I can get anything back to you, sorry Logan." Roman explained.

"Mm… make sure you don't forget to consult with Virgil. He is important to the process, as I've explained before." Logan flipped the page of his book, which seemed to be a textbook of some kind.

"I don't need to have every single con to my prose pointed out, Logan!" Roman groaned, sitting on the floor and pouting.

"Perhaps not, but you two need to get along better anyhow; for the good of Thomas." Logan continued reading, smoothing out the old pages.

Virgil glanced up at Logan, eyes widening slightly in surprise. Sure, the sides had long since accepted him, and had become what the anxious trait considered good friends, but to even hear he was important was…awkward. He quickly hid his surprise behind a smirk, arching an eyebrow and turning to Roman. "You hear that, Princey? I'm important."

“Yeah you are.” Patton smiled.

"We're all important for Thomas to properly function. Of course, 'all' includes you, Virgil. We all remember what happened when Virgil decided to duck out."

The so-called emo flushed lightly at this, staring intently at his shoes. It wasn't something he necessarily enjoyed talking about.

"Well, Virgil is back now, of course. And even when we don't see eye-to-eye, everyone loves our gorgeous (but not as gorgeous as me) emo!" Roman smiled at Virgil.

“You’re all gorgeous, and I, for one, love all of you!” Patton had no idea what brought on this sudden wave of happy-ever-after mood in the people, but he wasn’t complaining.

"…Don't we all have the same face? I'm not quite sure I understand." Logan glanced between Virgil and Roman.

"Irrelevant, Logan!" Roman proclaimed.

"I fail to see why it's not relevant, but carry on with your vanity, I suppose…" Logan shrugged and turned back to his book.

"We are all gorgeous, because Thomas is of course! I'm just more gorgeous. See? It's perfectly logical!" he said. Roman truly did use too many exclamation points.

"How could you possibly be more attractive if we all look the same? Excluding clothing choices, of course, which don't necessarily affect attractiveness."

"Of course they do Logan, have you no style?" Roman asked.

"Well, I presume I at least have some sort of style, albeit one you may not prefer. I wouldn't choose to wear what you're wearing either, and alas, we are both able to wear our own clothing."

"You must allow me to give you a makeover someday." Roman shrugged. (I don't know how to keep the plot afloat or add in any action here–ideas, humans?)

(Idk man we're the only ones on right now)
Logan rolled his eyes. "If you insist. It doesn't seem to be practical, though."
