"Thank you," she accepted both with a brief, grateful dip of her head, "I suppose I should go get dressed then."

"Perfect. I'll text Maryy and tell her I'm bringing a guest. Do you want a ride or do you have in of your own?" She asked

"I have my own transportation," she answered, "I'll just follow you."

"Alright. Let me change and do my makeup, then we shall go"

“Ok,” April allowed herself to smile. She held the dress in her lap, imagining what she would look like in the dress. Would she be pretty? She was never used to being pretty.

Madi came out of the bathroom,, a perfect smokey eye done in dark purple. She was running a hand through her hair and patted it down. "Ready to go?" She asked
