"Yeah, but how long till we need to be there?"

He checked his watch "and hour and a half. We should probably start getting you ready."

Nathaniel nodded and walked back with V. He started changing into his nicer clothes when they got inside.

While Nathaniel changed, v called the job to tell them they'd be coming soon.

"Alright! Ready to go!" Nathaniel turned around to show off the outfit. He was wearing the jacket and pants from the previous day.

V turned and smiled, walking up to him and fixing the collar of the jacket and the sleeves. "You look great, angel."

Nathaniel grinned, taking V's hand and hopping from foot to foot. "Now, come on! I'm getting nervous and now I'm antsy!"

V laughed and nodded "ok, ok just give me a second to pull on some shoes and grab the keys."

Nathaniel dragged V to the car once he was wearing shoes, settling himself down in the passenger side. His foot tapped anxiously on the floor of the car.

He took his hand "you'll do great." He reasured, driving off to the building

The building even looked sketchy when they arrived, and Nathaniel hesitated before getting out of the car. "I have a bad feeling about this…"
(What if they're demons or something trying to hunt down Nathaniel/angels in general?)

"Want me to go with you in case something happens?" V asked, not letting go of Nathaniel's hand. " I'm sure they wouldn't mind."

Nathaniel nodded. "Maybe… maybe you could like, wait for me outside the room in case something goes wrong." They walked into the building.

He nodded and followed v into the building "I'll be right here waiting." He reassured, kissing him gently before sitting down in one of the chairs

Nathaniel stepped into the interview room nervously, holding his resume. "Hello. I'm Nathaniel. Here for the interview, yes?" He tried to sound as confident as possible.

The man picked up his head and motioned to a seat across his desk "ah Nathaniel, please take a seat."

Nathaniel nodded and sat down, laying his resume on the desk. He wasn't sure how to do an interview, so he decided to wait for the man to speak.

He straightened some papers and glanced at Nathaniel through his red tinted sunglasses "first interview huh?" He asked, noticing Nathaniel's nervousness

"Yes, sir." Nathaniel nodded, very conscious of how he was sitting, how his clothes and hair looked, if he looked confident… His heart pounded and pulsed through his entire body.

He nodded and relaxed back into his chair "relax, I'm just gonna ask you some questions and recorded your answers. Okay?"

"Yes, sir." He nodded again, keeping his wings as still as possible so they wouldn't be noticeable.

He glanced behind Nathaniel and nodded "then let's get started." He leaned fowards and looked over the resume. "Looks pretty good so far, you're military?"

"Yes, sir." Nathaniel let his hands fall in his lap, fidgeting with them nervously.

"you're awfully young to have served in the military." He noted, writing it down a peice of paper. "Do you live with anyone else?"

"Yes, sir, one person. He came with me today." Nathaniel glanced at the door.

"did he now?" What's his name?" He asked, interests peaked
