Yeeeeeeeesssss! But what if they each specialize in different types of magic because I really want fights between Roman and Remus because they have conflicting magic types.

Headcanon: Logan has a good grasp on his powers usually, but he's got some that he restrains for reasons and when he has mental breakdowns, things literally explode around him unless someone helps him oof

Or mix the two together? Magic kids, but a normal world. And a magic realm. And a "Markless" Deceit and a floofy Patton escaping prejudice against Markless and letting them live the life they want? But magic government is hunting them down for like, reasons, so they have to be as normal as possible?

Because that works with the "semi-homeschool" idea and adds plot drama.

So basically, Decker and Patton are fugitives. with magic kids. They escape to the Earth realm and practice magic in secret, helping their children to hone their powers, while still maintaining a normal life. And it becomes chaotic as hell.

Yes. Headcanon that kid!Remus's favorite word is kinky. Patton has no idea how he learned it but always give Deceit a suspicious look when Remus says it. Deceit, of course, puts on his Angel face, further incriminating him. In reality it was Virgil and Deceit. Virgil knows about kinky, and brought it up to Dee, and Remus overheard. On bad days for his siblings or Dee Remus will whisper the word kinky into their ear. Logan secretly thinks it's hilarious but acts annoyed, Roman is actually annoyed, and Virgil cracks up. Deceit just gives Remus a faint smile, the mischief smile, the don't-tell-Patton smile. Remus said it so Patton once and was grounded for seven minutes until Deceit convinced him otherwise and Patton caved. Like I said earlier, puppy eyes.
