Silver sighed softly, looking up at the moon.

Aurelius bit at his lip as he sat there thinking, contemplating how beautiful Silver looked in the moonlight.

Silver wasn't paying much attention anymore, taking this chance to practice his aura manipulation, the cold, silver blue aura twisting beneath his fingertips.

Aurelius traced Silver’s outline with a trail of wispy shadow. He was lazily controlling his magic, opting to keep most of his focus on Silver.

Silver noticed, looking up at him briefly, before smiling and relaxing against him, flicking and shipping his aura into different patterns.

Aurelius leaned his face down near to Silver’s.
“Can I kiss you?” he asked quietly, “Just on the cheek?”

Silver looked up at him, a bit surprised at the mention, before nodding, the faintest blush painting his face.

Aurelius lowered his head. His lips quivered a little as he went in for a small kiss on the cheek. It was a bit awkward, but still a happy warmth flooded through his body.

Silver smiled, looking up at him, before tentatively returning the gesture.

Aurelius’ eyebrows raised just slightly in surprise as Silver returned his affection. A violent blush of red spread over his white cheeks and ears. He didn’t smile so much as he looked shocked- but pleasantly so.

Silver giggled a little at the other's reaction, going back to manipulating his aura.

Aurelius let out a light chuckle too, trying to let go of any tension.
“That was nice,” he said, tucking a strand of hair carefully behind Silver’s ear.

Silver hummed softly, looking up at him again, "Mhm.." He hummed.

Aurelius could barely contain his excitement and found himself humming the same tune from earlier as he was bursting at the seams with happiness- something he hadn’t felt so intensely since he was a child.

Silver giggled once more when he realized how excited Aurelius was.

Aurelius looked down at Silver and smiled.
“What’s so funny?”

"You're cute.." He murmured, smiling at him.

“No, you,” Aurelius replied, ruffling Silver’s hair.

Silver blushed, reaching up to smooth out his hair again, pouting a little.

“Ah, sorry,” Aurelius apologized, moving his hand down to Silver’s shoulder instead.

Silver sighed, "it's alright…" He said softly, looking up at him.

“You can mess up my hair in return,” Aurelius joked.
His hair was already a disaster.

Silver laughed, "yours is already messsy" he said.

“No harm done then!” he laughed, “besides, I think it looks just fine.”

Silver laughed, relaxing against him.

Aurelius wrapped his arms around Silver’s torso and put his chin on his shoulder.
(I love how Auri is usually the big spoon even though he’s a very smol boi)

(Auri is cute, and lucky him, Silver also be a short boi.)
Silver relaxed into his grip, not minding this one bit.

(Aw, how short?)
Aurelius buried his face in Silver’s shoulder, taking in his warmth and his distinct scent.

(Like, I think he might be one of those guys only about 5 ft tall….)
Silver hummed softly, knowing full well he smelled like herbs, and dew.

(Ahhh wait that makes Aurelius taller lmao. He’s like 5’5, 5’6)
Aurelius let out a tiny sigh, clearly content and happy.
