Another woman with tangled black hair down to her mid-back walked down the street of the city completely terrified, near naked with only a blanket wrapped around her shoulders, which she clung tightly around herself. She stared wide-eyed at the strange contraptions rolling down the road. Being in the crowded city, it was inevitable that people would bump against her, state at her, and even mutter some things to her she couldn’t understand. She shuddered, retreating into herself even more. She even raspy screamed at one particular person who ran into her.

Young-Jaes attention turned away from the girl, to the other screaming girl, with no fashion sense. He quickly walks up to her, looking down on her with his third eye looking down at her, his other ones looking at the person she bumped into. And saying in a very monotone voice, yet you could tell it had some concern in it.
"Are you dying?"

Very much freaked out, the other person apologized and hurried away.

She stared at him with all-black bloodshot eyes. She didn’t comprehend what he was saying so she didn’t respond. She took a step away from him, clutching the blanket tighter around herself for comfort.

Upon hearing the commotion she quickly turned her gaze from the winged male to the frightened girl in only a blanket.
She raised a brow at the situation.
First someone with wings now a wild girl in the street. This’ll be interesting to report.
She quickly followed the male hoping to help. Well, that’s blunt. Was her immediate reaction to his question. She didn’t blame the girl at all for her fearful expression and stepping back.
“Excuse me. Do you need help?” She asked softly of both of them.

She looked to the other woman approaching them. She whimpered, highly confused and honestly feeling a little bit cornered and overwhelmed, “Rune.” Her breathing quickened a bit.

He looks at the girl, then the other one. Back and forth, he finally takes off his super big fancy coat, handing it to the girl.

He hands her and the other a card with his phone number on it, walking away, like nothing happened.
if they really need my help, they can call me ill just provide shelter i guess
He thinks to himself, some people stepping away from him at sight, some crowding near him. Only a few though. Once a good amount of people were crowded he looks back at the girl helping the other one, if it was a girl. Turning back around, spreading his snowy frosted wings, bursting into the air, then flying to his house.

Rune, which must have been her name, looked at the paper. She didn’t know what to do with either the card or coat. Was the paper food? She tilted her head before lifting it into her mouth and trying to bite it. Interesting texture….

Her eyes widened at the dark haired girl, Rune, trying to eat the card.
She must be very new to this world.
“Rune, don’t do that.” She coaxed gently.
“Here, let me help you.” She carefully placed her arm around her young-minded companion guiding her away from the crowded streets.

Rune tensed, but eventually understood that this woman wanted to help. So with the card still half in her mouth, she clutched onto her new friend and followed her out of the crowd. She stared, still wide eyed at all the activity around her. She even still trembled a bit, whether from fear or the chill was anyone’s guess.

She couldn’t help the small smile at Rune’s novelty to the world around her.
“You’ll get used to it.” She commented, doubtful she understood.
Finally out of the open, she positioned Rune to a hiding spot.
Keeping her voice soft and gentle she tried to explain her quick plan. “Rune. I’m going to have to take the blanket from you for just a moment.” Gently holding a small corner of the cloth to show what she meant. “I’m going to try to make you something more… comfortable so we can find a safer place for you.”
In her mind she was picturing the blanket in two pieces; one wrapped around her waist as a skirt, the other in a shirt style called a “halter-top”. The coat the winged man had given would complete the makeshift outfit.

"What an odd thing…. I thought i was the only one… Hopefully they call me… I need to know"
He says to himself, landing on the porch if his house, he had way to much room for just one person.Setting his coat that he had underneath the one he gave the girl.
"Maybe I'll cook something!"
He says a little excited with a smile.

Rune huddled in the corner, not completely understanding every word, but she understood enough to let the strange woman help her. She let the blanket drake off of her shoulders. She didn’t like the blanket very much anyway…
Still, she continued to look around nervously.

She gave an encouraging smile as she took the blanket. It was a sturdy enough fabric but not enough to cause any difficulties with her plan. She worked quickly so Rune wouldn’t catch too much unwanted attention. But she moved gently while “dressing” her friend. It wasn’t much of a fashionable choice but it would work for now.
“There, much better.” Her eyes slowly turning a light blue. “Now I’m not going to go anywhere. I’m just going to call the man that gave you his jacket. Ok?”
Her world standard phone out, she dialed the number.

Young-Jae almost choked on his macaroni when he heard his cellphone ring. Swallowing his food and picking up his phone off of the glass table beside his couch.
"Hello?"
He says into the phone, the same monotone voice as last time while setting down his bowl, turning down the volume of his tv.

“Hello. I know we weren’t introduced earlier but you gave me and Rune your card and jacket before leaving.” She explained, keeping Rune in sight. “I hope this isn’t presumptuous of me, but can you help us?” She tried to keep calm but her nerves were surely turning her eyes a nervous yellow.

Rune examined her new outfit. While her new friend was busy on the phone she trailed away to a shiny object that had caught her attention. She knelt down and picked up the small piece of glass. She marveled at it and stood back up to scamper back to her and show her friend the piece, “Shiny” she whispered.

Sitting back in his chair, grinning to himself.
"What do you need help with? Food, shelter, clothes…. money?"
He says now fixing more food. Rice and noodles, they would probably like that…. wouldn't they?
He was sure they would. Beggars can't be choosers.

Her eyes widened at the piece of glass in Rune’s hands.
Lowering the mouthpiece, her voice took a note of urgent concern, “Yes, shiny but also sharp. You could get hurt.”
Returning to the call, “Well, I think Rune might need help with all of those. Her mind seems very child-like. I honestly don’t know how much of this world she understands.”

Rune squinted, looking back down at the shiny. She kept it in her hands as she went to go find something else just as interested. She knelt beside the pile of rocks, taking one out at a time and setting them aside.

"Okay…..do you want me to pick her up?"
He says while waiting for water to boil.
"If so just send me your location and i can come and take care of her"
He wasn't overjoyed to be taking care of a random girl who knows like nothing about the world itself apparently, but he must admit, he's glad that he was the one taking care of her instead of corrupt humans.

She bit her lip in thought, watching Rune sort through a small pile of rocks meticulously. If she looked at Rune in just the right light she could see strands of iridescent blues and violet in her wild mess of hair.
“Would it be too much trouble for you to pick up both of us? I know I don’t really know her but I almost feel responsible for her.”
Oh Stars above! Did I just become a mother?
Clearing her throat she continued, “And I admit I am curious about you as well. It’s not every day you see someone on this world with wings… and making no effort to hide them either.”

"Don't forget the third eye…. And yeah i can"
He liked his third eye a lot more than his wings. He had no idea why, but he did.
"Okay send me your location, I'm coming…. Do you need shelter to? Or are you her friend?"
He says, getting into his fancy white car. The seats were bright red and gold. The steering wheel white and cold. Driving down the highway, keeping an eye out for two odd looking girls, waiting for her to send their location.

Rune set the piece of glass aside to examine an abandoned marble. She held it tightly in her palm, devising to keep this for her collection. She stood back up and walked over to show off her new find, “It’s a shiny!” Was her first full sentence she’d spoken since she met either of them, “I keep it. I keep it, I keep it.”
