It was originally a Lemon Blueberry buckle, but I modified it quite a bit to suit my purposes. I substituted some brown sugar for regular, removed the fruits in the recipe and added these cherries that I dubbed Honey Tomatoes. (These were the reason for the breakfast. They have to be eaten today.) I added some oat flour and both vanilla and almond extract as well.

Lol I can’t even actually cook. I just am able to grab a bunch of random stuff and throw it together. The only reason I used a recipe is because I know none of the guidelines for breakfast cakes.

I haven't finished it. Technically I have 8 months left to go for my PA degree. I'm a certified First Responder though…. that I never do because reasons and other anxieties.
