When echo got off the phone with her parents she noticed a text. She smiled at it and added Ava to her contacts before replying. [Hello Ava]

“Hi! wyd?” She texts trying to sound casual.

[I'm sitting and about to order pizza. Want some?] She replied.

"Hmmm depends what kind?" She texts smiling to herself.

[I was going to get plain cheese probably. Any suggestions on what it should be?]

“Cheese is fine I was just making sure you weren’t getting Hawaiian or something”

[Alright. Well my dorm is 274] she said then called up the pizza place and ordered.

“Ok see you in a bit!” She texts back. She didn’t want to seem too desperate so she waited a few minutes. She sat in her bed filled with excitement but just ended up jumping up and grabbing her backpack. She did a on e over in the mirror before leaving. She shows up at Echos door 15 minutes later.

Echo open the door and smiled brightly. "Hello." She said and let her inside.

"Hi!" She chirped walking inside.

Echo smiled "Nice to see you again"

(It's alright)

”Nice to see you too, ” she says her smile growing as she looks around the dorm.

"Um I believe I still have to order the pizza." Echo said then grabbed her phone and called.

Ava nodded a little awkwardly.

Echo ordered then went and sat down on the floor in front of the bed.

Ava sat down next to her. ”So how was your summer?”

"It was fine. Boring, but fine." Echo said to her.

”Same I wish I was in the city or really anywhere all summer, ” she admits. ”my towns so boring!”

"Yeah. I feel the same exact way." She said nodding then sighed and looked that the ceiling.

”where are you from anyway? Because like I'm from a suburb around here but I've met people from all across the country at this place, ” She said rambling slightly.

"I'm from the next state over. Smallish town. Basically the plot line of a horror movie." Echo replied laughing.

Cat laughed. ”Yeah, mines too boring even for that. It's like one of those cultish religious towns where the church basically runs the place, ” she said.

"Sounds scary." Echo said and laughed.

”Terrifying, ” she chuckles.

Echo nodded then suddenly got a text. "Well I'll be right back. The pizza outside." She said and walked out to get the pizza.

“Oh ok,” she said and stayed sitting down.

A few minutes later echo walked back in with the box of pizza.

“Woo pizza!” She said jumping up.

Echo nodded and laughed then put the box down. "Time to eat!"

Ava nodded and sat back down. “Mm that smells good!”
