Silver looked over at him, still blushing lightly, "Uhm… what do you wanna do about it…?"

“Well… perhaps be something more?” Aurelius suggested.
He thought he was going to explode, he was feeling way too many things at once.

"Like?" he asked, completely out of his element.

Aurelius was becoming a little irritated with himself and his inability to communicate exactly what he was thinking.
“You know, do whatever it is that people who love each other do?”

Silver blushed even more, humming awkwardly.

“I mean, not that we don’t act like a couple already,” Aurelius said, “Sometimes we definitely do. I guess it would just be more official.”

Silver sqeauked awkwardly, "Y-You do realize I have zero experience in this area of life… right?"

“That makes two of us, my guy,” Aurelius laughed.

Silver sighed, "Lovely" he murmured, looking to the sun, which was getting low in the sky.

“So it’s okay. Just keep being you. You’re already brilliant,” Aurelius said, “There’s no need to change anything just because we want to be in a relationship. If things do change, it should happen on its own.”

"I know that"he said, "Sorry, I just…" he shrugged helplessly.

“What’s the matter?” Aurelius asked, making full eye contact this time. “Is it not what you want? Because that’s okay. I’m aware I might be moving a little fast.”

"It's not that," he said, meeting his gaze sheepishly, "I guess I'm just used to knowing what to do."

“Well I’m used to being thrown into situations utterly unprepared, so I’ve got this!” Aurelius laughed, “I know it seems a little daunting right now, but like I said, just be you. I already like you, so…”

Silver blushed again, "Good thing i like you too…."

Aurelius nodded and smirked when he saw the flush of color over Silver’s cheeks.
“You’re cute when flustered,” he murmured.

Silver blushed more, "I-Is that a good thing?"

“What? That you’re cute?” Aurelius teased, “Of course it’s a good thing you’re cute!”

Silver sighed, "Why me?"

Aurelius tilted his head.
“Wait, do you not like that?”

"Its fine, just.. new situation…" he sighed, "Uhm…. do you… maybe.. wanna find someplace quiet once we stop for the day? Which should be soon…"

Aurelius nodded. “Of course. I’d be glad to.”
He smiled at Silver.

Silver smiled back shyly, managing to control his blushing this time.

Aurelius looked ahead.
“Looks like the group is slowing down a bit. They may be starting to set up camp,” he said.

Silver nodded, "I figured we would be soon…" he murmured.

“Want to search for a place to hang out then?” he asked.

"Probably a good idea…." he said softly, deviating from the path and into the trees.

Aurelius followed along the treeline, treading softly in the leaves underneath. He smiled as he watched Silver from behind.

Silver hummed, letting himself relax a little, glancing back to see Aurelius.

Aurelius' eyes lit up as Silver looked back at him. He picked up his pace a little bit so he could walk next to Silver instead of behind him.
