-They have the ability to create water, at least as much as a gallon jug worth. This takes average focus effort.
-They can destroy as much water as they can create. This takes average focus effort.
-They can control the temperature, density and direction of water, even making it defy physics to an extent. This takes average focus effort.
-They can change water from liquid, to ice, to mist, and even control them slightly in this state. This takes incredible focus effort.

(They can't breathe underwater physiologically, but they can manipulate it in ways that allow them to "breathe" it.

( Light- Ok I think they should be able to literally be able to bend it to their will and absorb it and aborb of the other elements except darkness.
Darkness- Ok so is it likes shadows and literal darkness or isn't it suppose to like raise the dead? Or is that netherness?)

Would an electrical power be alright? Basically just positron manipulation which is this (Positrons have properties of both particles and waves, and so can collide with other particles and can be diffracted like light. They are involved in many of the physical phenomena that involve electrons such as electricity, magnetism, and thermal conductivity. Positrons also participate in gravitational, electromagnetic and weak interactions. An positron moving relative to an observer generates a magnetic field; external magnetic fields will deflect an electron.) Because it's kinda oddly specific it isn't powerful and my boy isn't really sure how to use it properly. And he can't create positrons, only use existing ones.

I would think for everyone, there can be certain exceptions!) Feel free to do as you guys please as long as it's not too OP.. The occasional off element is allowed too. As long as it has balance.

Nether and Darkness are the same… As are Aether and light.

Question i really need to ask what does it mean to "They can walk on vertical and upside down surfaces too, as well as air and water."

It means both Light/Aether and Darkness/Nether can walk on things like walls and ceilings as if they were floors… They can walk on water as if it were a solid, and they can walk on air as if there were invisible stairs and roads in the air, but doing these things exhausts them mentally and physically in the process.
