“Snug.”, she replied. “I can feel my arm now, so it’s etting better. Can’t move it yet though.” She paused, checking her belt and boot to make sure she was armed with at least four daggers, trying to hide her anxiety.

The graves read; River, a crewmate to never forget; Zanna, proof your past doesn't define you; James, the best first mate anyone could have asked for; Breeze, a companion for life; and 'She Devil' may she learn from her mistakes.
“I’m sure the nerves will start working soon enough,” Lucian said. “You ready?” He continued, looking at her softly.
(frick there goes my heart thanks @ShadeStar)
Joanna nodded and went below deck. She unlocked the kitchen. As she picked up the list, she scribbled down maple syrup. That always tasted good on pancakes. After she tucked it into her pocket, she pulled her cloak on and grabbed a frypan. Good weapon. Not terribly suspicious. She stepped out of the kitchen and locked it.
(Thanks for the water works ShadeStar.)
Ryan patted the knife on his belt. I hope this'll do…maybe I can pick up something from dad later.
No. “Yes.”, she replied, going back up to the deck and checking to make sure he was following.
Joanna got back to Ryan. "Alrighty. Let's go, kiddo!"
(Your welcome.)

Rapumzel is that you?
(Nope! Just Joanna the Cook!)
"Kiddo? I'm eighteen, thank you very much." Ryan joked, making his way onto solid ground. Thank god, no more seasickness for now.
Lucian did his best to stay right by Morrigan. One of his hands was tucked into the pocket, lightly feeling the small, medical blade. Sure, it wasn’t the more prefered weapon, but it could be used at close range, and he knew exactly where to slice at if it was needed.
(I have to go in forty five minutes for about two and a half hours, just a heads up. Please don’t do all of Anjou without me! I have an idea..)
"Oh c'mon! A girl can joke!" She smirked as they walked. "Besides, it rhymed!"
(We won't)
(Ah, okay!)
They stepped off the ship and into the busy streets of Anjou, Morrigan’s eyes flicking around nervously. She lead Lucian through winding roads, the map of the sector emblazoned in her mind even after all these years.
(Thanks guys)
Cicada slowly walked up to her own grave. She moved some of the dirt and lifted up a big wooden chest.
(Cross my heart and hope to fly. Besides, I think all Jo Jo's doin is grocery shopping)
He chuckled lightly. "Fine. But only because it rhymed."
(I'm in angst city.)
(I have plans in Anjou as well Topaz so I get it)
Lucian glanced around at the crowds of people. He wondered where they were going. Morrigan hadn’t told him what she needed, so all he could do was watch her closely and follow. He had never been to Anjou before, so he considered it to be nice to see the place where Morrigan grew up.
"Alright whippersnapper." She pulled out her list. "Let's see, I need beef, peppers, maple syrup, and I haven't gotten mozzarella in a while so I think I'll get that so we can make mini pizzas."
It was all coming back to her now. The smell of sweat, grime, and hot metal, the sound of hammers clanging, blacksmiths working, and announcements blaring. She repressed a shudder, slipping into a side street that led to a broken down fence around a dying, sick forest.
He rolled his eyes at her. "The last time I was here there was this market that sold a ton of food for really low prices. Follow me." Ryan set off, feeling nostalgia as he walked through the streets.
Lucian’s lips twitched down, looking at the scenery in front of him. Why were they headed there? What could be in the dying forest that she needed?”
