Jay comfortable on the couch ended up falling asleep just sitting there quietly.
Skye stayed there quietly, too wide awake to sleep. Eventually he got up, pulling the blanket around him as he headed for the window.
Jay continued to sleep. Jay laid there just sleeping.
SKye looked out over the city, judging by the weather he was glad Jay had been there when he passed out. Otherwise he might not be alive right now. Summer was always full of happier times, and it wasn't as hard. But winter… winter you had to force yourself not to give up hope for survival Too many months of spring were spent mourning for the commities on the streets.
Jay hadn't known of Skye's life style. He just knew he needed to help him. When Skye passed out he freaked out. Now Jay was asleep not even watching Skye.
Skye sighed, it was bad enough someone knew about his situation, cause, honestly you'd have to be an idiot to not know by now.
Jay was probably an idiot. Also quite oblivious. He had no idea what Skye went through.
Skype hummed, he really hoped Jay wouldn't tell anyone.
Jay began to wake up at one point.
Skype was still staring out the window, his feet bare on the floorboards.
Jay looked over at him. Though didn't say anything just looked.
Skye sighed wistfully, wishing it was summer, and he could just live, and have a few moments to ignore how hard his life was.
Jay got up keeping the blanket with him. He walked over and looked out with him.
Skype tensed when the other came near, keeping his eyes riveted on the window.
Jay looked out the window with him. "Thinking?"
"Wishing." He said softly, still looking out the window.
Jay nodded and just observed.
Skype eventually moved away, sitting back down on the couch sadly.
"What's wrong. I may not know you well but I can tell something is wrong. Other than your health."
"There are others out there" he mumbled, trying not to think about them too much.
"Could you explain?" He asked and leaned against the window.
Skype twisted to look back at him, incredulous. How does he not realize?
"Im sorry if I'm being completely oblivious here. I can be clueless as hell at times." Jay said as an apology.
Skype shook his head. "Not to be rude or anything but seriously? How the heck have you not figured out what I am?"
"Shit dude are you a werewolf." He said jokingly.
"I wish… then maybe I wouldn't have these problems…" he mumbled.
(Whereas outside of this Rp he actually is one… XD)
(wow… I was going to say vampire instead.)
"Ok. Since I'm so oblivious and clearly really stupid. Could you just explain?" He asked politely and walked over.
"I'm a street kid," he said flatly. "I have no home. Nowhere to go. And I'm luck to have a job, not that it pays me enough to do anything other than pay for education debt."
"…Oh. Well I commend you. Not for living on the streets but not giving up hope and continuing to persist." He replied.
"Ha" he scoffed, "most of it is a refusal to curl up and die in an alley."
