He blushed, "I'll try my best!" he smiled, turned around, then walked towards his next class, "That was one time!" After school, he had met up with Jamie who was in front of the school. Falling into his arms…again. He tripped over his shoelace and almost fell when Jamie had caught him. "Sorry! I didn't mean to. I tried to do what you said! I just got distracted!" He stood back up and smiled. "So, Why did you want to meet me here today?"
(cough cough cliche cough cough XD)
Jamie caught him easily, giggling softly. He shook his head and set him upright. “You’re rather clumsy for a demon.” He stated, tilting his head and smiling at Alex. “I wanted to get to know you~ you seemed rather fun.”
(cough cough it’s still cute cough cough XD Sorry for the wait, I’m at work.)
He pouts. "I know, I'm weird. What does t-that mean? I'm not fun. I…" he looked into his eyes and stopped talking for a second. When he did he saw all of the details in his eyes, "…I don't know if my life is important." he mumbled, pealing his eyes off Jamie's.
Jamie’s hazel eyes softened, the bright light in them growing curious. “Your life is important! I mean, you’re here doing well. And even if you launch yourself at people you’re still rather charming.” He laughed softly, leaning against the closest tree. “I’m sure you’re amazing.”
Alex gave a deep sigh a turned to look at Jamie, "Sorry." Alex sat down close to the tree and took his bag off. He slowly leaned back until he hit the ground and looked up to the sky, "Are we…going to talk about it here or…somewhere else. Sorry, it's a stupid question. You're so nice to me even though we just met. Why? Sorry if it's a personal question." Alex has a bad habit of saying sorry when he doesn't need to.
"Well, I've been bullied pretty hard these last few years. I'm just glad you haven't spit on me or tried to pull my feathers out." He admitted, rubbing the back of his neck. "I'm nice because you've been nice to me." He blushed lightly and suddenly grew shy. "I'd love a friend… and someone to help me with my feathers. When you knocked me over it bent a few and they're really uncomfortable. But I can't reach them."
Alex jumped up frantically, "What! I wanted to know if I hurt you or not and you said no! Where are they." he pushed up his glasses and turned Jamie around so he could see his wings. He started to feel around his wings for any bent ones. He found a few bent ones but they were close to his sensitive spot. "Wha~ sorry."
"I-I couldn't think straight! You were touching my wings and body and I just felt a little overwhelmed. They're sensitive to touch." He admitted, closing his eyes and letting out a soft whine when Alex ran hiss fingers through his feathers. "I-In the back middle."
"O-Okay, if I hurt you I am really sorry, " He slid his hands to the middle of his back and slowly unbent the feathers. He rubbed against them to help them stay down. "D-Did I hurt you. I am really sorry if I did." He made sure there were no other ones before taking his hands on his back, "Sorry about touching you in your sensitive spot. I didn't mean I just wanted to make sure you were okay." he backed away from Jamie and sat on the wall.
Jamie shuddered at the touch, biting his lip so as not to let the sounds leave his mouth. He groaned softly when Alex finished, his feathers fluffing out. “You didn’t hurt me… th-Thank you.” He murmured, looking at the demon and giving him a small smile. “If it weren’t for you looking so flustered I would’ve thought you were trying to make a move on me.” He teased, laughing softly.
A sigh of relief left his lips and he laughed, "You're handsome, funny, an angel, and you are really sweet. How can someone be so many things at the same time?" Alex asked looking at his feet, swinging them back and forth.
Jamie his the blush and the fluster he got from those words well, biting his lip and leaning against the wall. “Well, it’s in my genes to be an angel and handsome, and sweet.” He winked. “The funny comes extra. We angels are always good looking, it makes the humans feel safer,”
He blushed still looking down, "I-Is that so. I-I guess being nerdy and freakishly smart is a skill I learned on my own. I'm supposed to a dominant demon, but it doesn't look like a passed those standers," he chuckled, "T-Then again, I don't pass a lot of standers for being a demon or an angel."
“So what if you’re not a dominant demon. Your nerdiness is cute, excuse my flirt.” He said with a small snicker. “I think you pass the standards for being rather adorable.” Leave it to Jamie to flirt with the demon, he had a small crush on the clumsy Alex already.
He looked up surprised, "w-w-what? N-N-No one h-has e-ever s-said that b-before." he brushed his hair back behind his ear and smiled, "T-T-Thank you Jamie. It m-means a-a lot." he felt better about himself.
Jamie smiled, hopping up on the wall with Alex and grinning. “So, What do you like to do for fun?” He asked, leaning towards him a little.
"U-Uh w-well I like to write, draw, enjoy the scenery, and study. Basic stuff like that. I'm not a very interesting person. A-Anyway w-what d-do you like to d-do?" he smiled shyly.
“Drums. I play the quads. I also enjoy a good book and I absolutely love watching those human murder mysteries.” He grinned. “Those twisted humans always get what’s coming to them in the end and I find it interesting. Humans are very good at knowing when something is wrong with one of their kind.”
Alex's eyes sparkled, "You enjoy those too?! I don't know what it's called, but it's something where you enjoy pain. I think. You play the drums can you show me a little?" he tilted his head, while some stands well infront of his face.
“Sadistic is the word I think you’re looking for.” He chuckled softly, nodding. “Yes I can. Want to come over to hangout?” He asked, looking over the demon. He was rather cute for something he was supposed to hate.
he twiddled with his thumbs, "Are your parents okay with it? I know a lot of angel's who really hate demons." Alex looked concerned and scared at the same time.
“They’re out of the house for a week.” He said softly. “And I’m sure they won’t mind you. You’re sweet and kind.” He reassured.
He jumped on the wall, looked up, and smiled, "O-Okay then I trust y-you. Y-You better b-be right a-about this!" He picked up his bag from the grass and placed it on his shoulder, "Shall w-we go t-then?"
Jamie smiled sweetly, sliding off of the wall and humming. “Of course I am. Can you fly?” He asked, jumping down to stand next to the demon, his white and silver wings opening slightly.
He nodded while his own wings spread out. They were big and pitch black. "Do t-they look weird?" He adjusted his bag so his wings had room to move.
“Not at all. I like them. Much different from the gold and silver and white most angels have.” He took off, hovering a little above the ground to make sure Alex followed.
(Sorry if I take long I'm doing homework XD)
He took off the ground with Jamie. "Wanna race?" he smirked.
(You’re alright!)
Jamie snickered. “A race sounds fun. Ready? 3,2, GO!” And off he went, speeding across the school yard and through the trees and buildings.
He laughed a bit and glided past Jamie and winked before heading even farther in front of him, "Gotta keep up!"
Jamie blinked, trying to gain some ground on the other. He laughed softly. “Do you even know where you’re going?”
