"Um, I'm alright. It's good to know you're doing better." She gave a lopsided smile, not really sure how to react.

Lloyd nodded. “I mean, I forgot to eat again this morning, but it’s okay. I ate yesterday.”
"Yeah, I know the feeling. At least you have someone to point it out." She laughed.
“Yeah… I don’t have a job or anything, so I actually don’t buy food in the first place. There’s legitimately no food in my apartment.” Wait… is it suspicious that I said it’s my apartment? Does that imply that I live alone?
"Oh so you live alone?" She tilted her head curiously. How did he pay for an apartment without a job? Parents, maybe?
“Uh… n-no?” Lloyd said weakly. “Oh, who am I kidding… I’m a terrible liar. Yeah, I… I-I live alone. Is that… bad?”
"No! Not at all! I was just…curious." She shrugged. Boy, this kid got nervous quick.
((I has created a character?))
(Then throw'em in!)
((Sksksk a'ight. Just…toss her in wherever?))
(Well we're all in the auditorium for play practice so preferably there but yes wherever.)
“Alright…” But it is bad. You know it’s not normal for a fifteen year old to be living alone. He cleared his throat nervously. “Do you know where any of the others are?” (Trying to figure out a way to reveal his angelness oof)
Lillian walked into the auditorium after school. It was the only real reason she was here today, if not then she would have been home nursing her bruises. Luckily, she had managed to sneak a granola bar past her mother to give to Lloyd. She spotted Lloyd on the stage and made her way up there.
“Oh, hi Lillian!” Lloyd waved to her. “How are you?”
Cassandra fixed her normal bored scowl in place as she slipped into the auditorium, scanning the place for whoever was in charge. This was the administrations new plan to keep her out of trouble, spending her days after school doing grunt work for the play.
Lillian waved back and hopped up next to him, "I'm okay. Here have a granola bar."
“Granola bar? Wha-“ Shut up. It’s incredibly suspicious if you don’t know what… this, is. Lloyd took the granola bar. “I-I mean, thank you…” I think you eat it? Lloyd examined the packaging for a moment to figure out how to open it before doing so. Just try to look normal. They don’t know you’re not human.
"No problem," Lillian shrugged shoving her hand back into the flannels pocket, "Figured you probably hadn't eaten yet and ndeeded something."
“Well, you’d be right there. I mean, I might eat if I had food in my apartment. That’s what Belle and I were talking about.” Lloyd took a tentative bite of the granola bar, hoping that was the right thing to do.
"You live in an apartment?" Lillian asked slightly nodding as he took a bite, "That's cool."
Lloyd nodded. So it’s definitely for eating or she would’ve looked at me strange. “It’s pretty much empty, but you’re welcome to come over if you want.”
"I may take you up on that soon," Lillian laughed before peering into the audience, "Hey is it just me or are there two new girls?"
“I saw one of them earlier. Why?” Lloyd took another bite of the granola bar. This human food is so strange… it’s not too bad, though.
"Well we should go talk to them," Lillian responded like it was obvious, "They're either lost or want to be part of the production. And they won't have to deal with the local bitch because Rachel isn't here today."
“Alright.” Lloyd followed Lillian over to the girls. He wasn’t too good at conversation, so he’d definitely be leaning on her for that.
Lillian waved at the girls with a smile, "Hi. I'm Lillian. What can I do for you?"
Cassie looked up as she made her way down the aisle in the seats, raising an eyebrow. "I'm lookin' for whoever's in charge in this joint."
Belle looked up. Well, Doc hadn't shown up yet so… "Over here!" She waved to the new girl, wondering when the hell she'd gotten here.
Laura watched all of the people talking. They were loud, that was for sure. Loud enough that her quietness just faded into the background.
Lillian pointed up to Belle, "Yep. She's in charge until Doc gets here and what about you?" Lillian was addressing the other new girl.
Laura blinked. One of them had called in her direction. She clutched her notebook tightly to her chest but didn't respond.
