The esteemed Alexander Bradford and his wife Madeline Bradford have five sons ranging from age fifty-four to age thirty-six.
The oldest, William, has worked closely with his father in their company and will take it over when his father passes. He is married to Sophia of the Ainsworth family. They have two children, aged seventeen and three.
The second child, Thomas, owns a private billion-dollar company that deals in financial, software, data, and media. He is married to Anastasia of the Livingstone family. They have four children, aged eighteen, sixteen, nine and four.
The middle child, James, owns sports teams and has made quite the name for himself. He is married to Helen of the Hawthorne family. They have four children, aged seventeen, seven, six, and two.
The fourth child, Magnus, owns the wealthiest printing companies and newspapers around the world. He is married to Vivian of the Easton family. They have one child, aged sixteen.
The youngest child, Silas, owns oil companies both in the US and overseas. He is married to Brooke of the Prescott family. They have three children, aged sixteen (soon to be seventeen), eight, and seven months.
Every summer the family gathers together at the family island in Vancouver. They invite their friends to a grand party to kick off the summer, then it's family only. They eat breakfast together on Saturdays, drink tea together in the afternoon, take trips to the beach, eat dinner together every night, the brothers talk business, the wives gossip and drink tea, the younger children play with the nannies, and the oldest cousins talk and go to the beach and sneak into grandfather's liquor cabinet. This summer is no different. However, when tragedy strikes, the six eldest cousins come together to get to the bottom of it.
