As far as I'm aware, Twi'lek/human hybrids are the only mixed species kids ever seen in Star Wars (at least in the new canon and from what I've read/seen of it)

How long does it take for a woman to realize she's pregnant? I have a character who has a 1 night stand with a friend and gets pregnant and I'm trying to figure out how long it will take her to realize she's got The Big Pregnant.
Also, how physical can the woman be without miscarrying? Both Trinity and Francesca are very physical characters (especially Francesca, her go-to weapon is a bat with nails stuck in it) and I need to make sure I'm not stretching what they do too far.

1. It really depends on the woman. Obviously when she misses her period she will know, but most know before then. Especially if they are super in tune with their body, they will kinda know that something is off. Not to mention that most early warning signs begin before the missed period, ie: morning sickness, fatigue, etc.

2. Again, depends on the woman. I once met a woman that didn't know she was pregnant until she gave birth and she worked as a firefighter paramedic all throughout her pregnancy with no issues. But I also have met a woman that slipped and landed on her bum only to miscarry the next morning. So I think if you keep them aware of the fact that they are preggers and make the effort to at least be cautious about their physical activity, I think you should be okay.

How does a height difference impact sex, if it does at all? Like, a big height difference.

Not sure, really. I would think kinda intensely depending on muscle structure if the tall dude is also buff or smth

Lemme tell you as a tiny woman that dates people that are at least a foot taller than her…. it's honestly the FUNNIEST thing about doing the do. Height makes a big impact on the act.

Smols rarely get to make eye contact with whomever, so there are no steamy glances and what not. Its mostly smol's eyes about chest level (missionary style).

I would research different positions for this one.

I have this moment in a BDSM scene where one character is first time being dom, the other is being a sub for the first time, and they end up just cracking up in the middle of it because it's not like they're bad at those particular roles, it's just that it's kinda funny having shifted perspectives. That and character B is incredibly ticklish. I have no regrets in making a scene that had every possibility to be powerful and deeply emotional into comic relief.

Also, I can see how height could definitely make a difference I'll say.

Oof that's a hard one. IT really depends on the kind of character development you want to be working on.

So far I know they're roommates (because they're both broke and share an apartment) but I can't figure out if it works better for them to fall in love while living together, or be together and rent out the apartment as a couple

Is it a romance novel or is this merely a subplot? If it's a romance, probably have the relationship develop throughout their stay. If it's a subplot in a bigger story, that just depends on where you want your character development to go, honestly.

I wouldn't say it's a romance novel, but it's fairly important and the only romantic relationship in the story

I would say don't pre-establish the relationship, if it's really important. Letting it develop over time in the book leaves plenty of opportunities for character development, and pre-establishing kind of takes the excitement out of the relationship.
