Arvil chuckled and stepped out as well, shutting the door and locking his car. "They sell burgers, too," he shrugged. "And fried chicken, I suppose. But I've heard their shawarma is good, so here we are."

“Cool. I don’t think I’ve ever had shawarma. What is it?” Daisy asked, walking over to his side and looping her arm through his as they walked.

Arvil stared at her in surprise. "Never? Wow, that surprises me," he whistled, tugging her closer to himself. "It's vegetables and/or chicken wrapped in a tortilla. It's heavenly. You'll like it, I'm sure."

Daisy hummed, nodding slowly. “It sounds good. I’ll try that, then,” she said, glancing up at him. He suddenly seemed very close… If he just leaned down a few inches, their noses would be touching. She blushed a little at the thought and turned forward.

Arvil furrowed his eyebrows when he caught Daisy looking at him and immediately turning away. "What are you thinking about, darling?" he hummed as he led them inside the joint. "You're getting flustered a lot these days."

Arvil leaned down until their noses were nearly pressing. "Really? Then I suppose I should feed you quickly, no?" he murmured. "Don't want my love starving."

Daisy’s cheeks burst into flame. Dang Arvil. This man… Why did he always do this to her?

“I really hate you sometimes,” she breathed, blinking rapidly a few times before pulling away slightly. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath before opening them. “Let’s— Let’s just eat, yeah?”

"I love you, too~" Arvil joked, feeling pleased with the reaction she displayed, letting her pull away. "Let's get the window side. I hate sitting in the middle of the room. Don't ask me why; I don't know myself."

Arvil nodded and tugged her to the side, leading her to a two-seat table. He pulled the seat back for her, grinning at her and winking. "There we go. The window side."

“It’s my first time here,” Arvil admitted. “But like I said, I’ve heard their shawarma and spicy chicken wings are amazing.”

Deleted user

"All right," he hummed. "I prefer a chicken one. There are some with french fries added, too, if you like those."

Deleted user

"How spicy do you like it?" he questioned, never taking his eyes off of her. Was it silly of him to pretend that they were on a real date, and not a fake one?

@Imperfect_Autumn group

“How spicy does it get? I can handle a bit of heat, but not too much,” Daisy mused, glancing up at him. She caught his eye and blinked, giving him a small smile.

Her smile caused his heart to race, but Arvil played it smoothly. "It gets really spicy," he answered, wanting to reach out for her hand. "You can tell them how much you want it to be."

@Imperfect_Autumn group

“So probably something with a smile or medium heat, then,” Daisy said, looking into his eyes for a moment longer before tearing her gaze back down to the menu.

When she looked away, Arvil released a breath he didn’t know he was holding. “Yeah. I like it mild, too. Some of the stuff you bring is pretty spicy.”

“Do you want me to flag a waiter?” Arvil quirked an eyebrow.

Deleted user

“All right,” Arvil smiled at her before he raised his arm to call over a waiter. One arrived, a notepad in his hands. Arvil greeted him politely and relayed their order. “Two chicken shawarma, medium spices, one vanilla milkshake and one coke. We’d also like one large bag of fries with those, too.”

The waiter nodded, noted down the order and walked away. Arvil turned his attention back to Daisy.

“No,” Arvil chuckled. “That’s for you. But if you want the soda, we can exchange.”

Deleted user

“I didn’t really peg you as a soda drinker,” Arvil shrugged. “You always bring milkshake. Or water.”
