"I live in a pocket dimension known as Refuge." Hinata looked up to Nuq.

"Earth? I guess?" She said, confused.

the cloaked man-child had immediately sat up after Hinata had rolled her eyes, he didn't want to annoy a new friend already.
"I come from a shattered reality! I'm Death by the way, nice to meet you!"
Death intensely waved at the new people even though they were only a few feet away.
he then slapped his mask back on with an audible smack noise.

Nuq nodded, noting the information in his mind. “I haven’t really formally introduced myself, but my name is Nuq, and I come from a dimension that isn’t here for sure. I don’t know the name of it either, but names aren’t too important, with the destruction of that dimension being inevitable.” Nuq said, rather proudly.

"Oh? And what will cause this destruction?" Hinata seemed concerned. It was her job to make sure dimensions weren't destroyed, after all.

Nuq curiously shifted focus over to her, taking a moment to think before responding. “I will. I am called the End of Time for a reason, after all. And even then, if I fail, then The Red Mountain will surely end it all.” His tone was neutral.

"Um, the dimension itself won't be destroyed, right? Just everything in it? I honestly don't need another balance upset on the multiverse level again." Hinata was growing more concerned.

“Well, that depends. While I have relation to The Red Mountain, it destroys for a different reason. I destroy everything in it so that it may renew itself. I’ve been doing this for billions of years. The Red Mountain destroys the entire thing. Don’t know why though.”

"Okay. That's good. Let's not let the Red Mountain destroy it. I'd rather not fill out the paperwork."

(ironically, i have brought Death to revive this chat)

"end… of.. time?"
Death wiggled his feet for a second before raising his hand, speaking anyway even though he was not called on.
"so does that mean you'll come kill Time in my world one day? 'cause he's already shattered. alive, but shattered."
he spoke in a sad tone of voice. he liked Time, he was nice.
also he wanted to keep the piece of Time that he found.

(Why does he remind me of the trope talk episode about CMHBs?)

Hinata looked at Death. He was honestly adorable.

Anarchy looked around. "So… why are we here?"

Turning, Hinata faced Anarchy.
"Okay, so I'm not the only one who has no idea. Good to know."

“No,” Nuq looked towards Death. “Not in your world. Just mine. For now, at least.”

"oh. okay!" Death happily cheered at that.
he then shuffled over to sit right by Nuq, because he looked cool.
"maybe it really is purgatory!" he joked loudly
but then he remembered that Hinata didn't like that joke. "except that i can't see Afterlife anywhere so that's proof that we are still alive!"
and now they're back to square one.

Hinata chuckled.
"Well, what now?"

A seemingly middle-aged figure appeared in the room and landed face first on the ground. He jerked his head up and looked around.
“Wha…?” He seemed confused of how he ended up here.

Hinata jumped slightly.
"Um, hello."

Void walks in though the door

The man turned to Hinata.
“Uh… hi?” He slowly stood up.

Void observed the room and what sorta was happening before anything.

"Welcome to a random room that none of us know how we got to. I'm Hinata."
