"What are you talking about?" She asked, looking up at him.

"how do you think that day I supposedly left went?" He asked slowly.

"I'm not sure. Mom wouldn't let me go see you though…" she said softly.

"I was long gone then." He muttered against her hair

"What happened?" She asked, although she wasn't expecting an answer.

"I tried to save a mortal woman. They took it the wrong way and sent me here for the rest of my life." He said, trying to hide the details as much as possible to not upset her

"Lios….You can tell me. I want to help."

He sighed and nodded, leading her to a clearing. "Sit." he said, pacing around in contemplation

She sat down hesitantly, but she wanted him to talk.

"It started off as a normal day. Nothing odd. I had shifted to a mortal form to walk around without being recognized. A woman and her family were being assaulted by men. One trying to rape her, the other trying to tear her daughter away from her. I managed to kill one of the men. I had to bring the two to Olympus because the other knew of her whereabouts via a tracking incarnation. I asked Zeus for help, but he thought that I had something to do with the girl and the woman. He then got jealous and decided to sentence me to damnation."

"That's why you left…' she said softly, pissed off at the other gods.

He nodded," the woman and her daughter were sent back and died a few days after. They were the first people I pulled out of the river Styx. I wanted to see you before I left. I truly did. But they dragged me here before I could. I'm sorry." He crossed his arms over his chest and glanced away, feeling the pain resurface from so many years ago

"I—I–fuck…." She didn't know what to say.

You don't know any of this?" He asked, amazed that no one had told her what had happened

"No!" She sounded furious. Her fists curling, "Holy fuck Lios…"

He crouched beside her and took her hand in his "Look at me." He demanded gently

She looks at him, "W-what?"

"You have no reason to be mad, my love." He stroked her cheek softly

"THEY TOOK YOU FROM ME! THEY LIED TO MY FUCKING FACE LIOS!"

"ok..maybe you do." He pulled her to him "I'm here now, and they're not taking you from me anytime soon."

She kissed him, "I hope not."

He kissed her back "I'd like to see them try." He challenged, brushing away tears that had escaped Caria "You're adorable when you're made my dear, absolutely adorable." Lios teasede

"uh huh." She smirked, forget what just happened, her hand running down his chest.

He shook his head and smiled "I forgot about your mood swings." He guided her hand to his heart

"I want to be happy right now. I'm happy with you." she said, pushing her hips on his.

A low, animalistic growl escaped him, eyes shining with desire and love "Don't tempt me my darling."

She moved them slightly, one of her hands near his waistband. "Oops…" She smirked.

(Mind if we skip? THis is as far as I go when it come to romance, sorry)
"How dare you…" He growled softly, tracing her spine with a light hand

Lios awoke first, the night before a blur. He glanced down to find that he only had shorts on, his clothing scattered the clearing. The second thing he noticed was Caria, wrapped in a blanket, her clothes also strewn around. he smiled softly and brushed the hair from her face "Damn it Cari." He muttered softly "If I'd known of your desires before, I would've clawed my way from this hell to you, even if it meant dying a hundred times."
