COOOL!! He sounds awesome! (And they seem to contradict each other by a lot.. especially since I forgot to mention that Firiko is a fire-base elemental, (I say base, because he has other abilities…)

The wind fluttered through the crowded streets of the Village, blowing the soft scent of the Rived Lakes across the cobblestone. Jaoel sat cross-legged on a sculpted wooden box in the middle of the way, juggling 6 balls of rippling water. The stream of pedestrians circled him, with the occasional clink of a coin landing at his bare feet.
A well-dressed young woman lingered by spot, admiring the trick with a childish grin. Jaoel jumped to his feet and threw the balls in the air; they flew around the woman's head, leaving behind shimmering droplets of water.
"What might your name be?" the performer asked lightly with a flourished bow.

(Yeah, just give me a sec to switch to my chromebook so I can reply.)

Firiko sighed, gliding from tree to tree. It had been awhile since he'd come back to the strange place he knew as home. Plant life of all kinds grew around him, and strange creatures abounded. His flame red wings stuck out in the surrounding greens and browns, but he didn't care. He knew this was his home, and he knew how to live here. He sighed wistfully, landing on a branch large enough to be a modern sidewalk, and walked along it, his wings held ready for flight at any second in case of an attack.

(I was thinking we'd start with that right off the bat, and have it go from there)

With a giggle, the woman answered.
"Caroline."
"Lovely," Jaoel commented with a charming glint in his eyes. "Greetings, Caroline," he murmured, slowly pressing his lips to the hand he held. He held Caroline's gaze for a moment and maintained a cheeky grin.
Then, quick as an eel, he slipped away from her and, wrapping his box in a bubble of water, pranced away with the box overhead.

Below him, a young woman ambled up to the tree, staring up at the winged shadow in its leaves.
"Sir?" she called airily, wrapping herself further in her leather traveling cloak.

Firiko suddenly stepped off the edge of the branch allowing himself to fall for several minutes, before spreading his wings slightly, twisting to catch the air as he glided through the large tree branches and strange flora. He glided peacefully, accidentally disturbing a flurry of butterflies, which he immediately avoided, their indigo wings indicating deadly beauty. He flew on, gliding through this strange realm as if he were just another creature within it's bounds. He knew many thought of the Primal as dangerous, or even cursed. He knew better. This was a land instilled with magic. Wild magic in it's truest form.

Suddenly hearing a voice he landed, realizing he was close to ground level. Listening carefully for a moment, figuring it was probably a creature of the Primal.

Though intimidated by the evident grace of the stranger she'd come across, the young woman steeled herself to pursue him.
Tightening her hold on the smooth square in her hand, she started towrads the man just as he landed noiselessly on the grass, trailing bright blue butterflies.
She allowed herself a moment to admire the scene— but quickly reigned in her wonder. This needed to be done quickly.
She took another step towards the winged man, arranging her young features into a professional expression.
"Sir?" she repeated, now standing a few feet away from the stranger.

Firiko's wings flared in wariness, unsure of how to react around her, seeing as humans (The non-insane type) were uncommon in the Primal. Especially lone ones. "Who are you, and what do you want?" he asked, his teal eyes boring into her, a gold band on his wrist which glowed slightly.

The woman found herself silent in the face of his stare. But she shook it off, inhaling slowly.
"It doesn't matter who I am," she started with a mild smile. "As for what I want?"
She held out her hand and unfurled her fist. "I'd like for you to have this." A thin scrap of metal lay in the palm of her hand.

Firiko gave her a look of pure curiosity, "Why?" he asked, stepping loser, picking up the piece of metal and holding it up to the light. It was just a random shard, dull edged, like it came from a blacksmith's scraps. "Why are you giving me a random piece of scrap?" he asked, turning to look at the woman again. But she was gone.

(Yep, you gonna continue? Or do I post again? Also where do I have him end up?)

Jaoel quickly separated himself from the village; his civilised stay was just about over, and he had enough money to last him a good month.
He found himself running towards the wild forest separating him from the natural waters of the Rived Lakes, where he always felt at home. He quickly got to a sizeable clearing, carpeted in snowballs and basking in the glow of midday sunshine.
With a satisfied sigh he sat himself down in the center of the clearing. His box was gently set down next to him with a causal sweep of his wrist, and he lay down in the clean grass, already closing his eyes against a crowded day of party tricks.

Firiko looked around in confusion, eventually shrugging, and wandering off. He kept walking, enjoying his surroundings again when he began to feel dizzy. Checking himself for any random bugbites he quickly sat down, eyes closed as he waited for it to pass. Suddenly he felt like he was falling, opening his eyes he saw the familiar swirls of a portal, and immediately started cursing. Colorfully.
