"Meh, it's a gift." Hinata smiled. She noticed a wisp, floating in the hall.
"Um, what's that?"
"Meh, it's a gift." Hinata smiled. She noticed a wisp, floating in the hall.
"Um, what's that?"
the wisp make a notion for Hinata to follow it
Hinata looked at Preston.
"Um, this could go one of two ways. Wanna risk it?"
“Eh, sure” Preston and Sawyer followed the wisp.
Hinata followed after.
the wisp led them to loki and matthew.
loki turned around mindful of her wings knelt down and thanked the wisp stood up and told them about how she led them and nodded to Matthew "He is unconscious but alive"
Tolkalee nodded in agreement and began making his way down the hall again.
Cronos who was by Matthew stood up. “Seems like Nis got him good” he explained to Hinata. “Also, if you’re looking for Tolkalee, he just went out with Aisen who barely survived”
Hinata nodded.
"Where are they heading now?"
Cronos shrugged. “They just told me that they were gonna explore the place”
Hinata sighed.
"That sounds about right. Well, how's Matthew?" She knelt down by him.
“Unconscious, Blood Flow and Breathing normal and that green streak…” Cronos pointed to the green streak of hair which stood out from Matthew’s natural brown color. “…just to warn you, the brighter the green color is, the more serious Matthew’s getting” he said as the streak was almost neon green.
Hinata nodded, still sitting by Matthew.
Cronos sighed. “Oh right, who are you two?” He asked the brothers.
Preston bowed. “Greetings sir Cronos, I’m Preston Winters the next generation’s Knight L…and this is my brother Sawyer”
Cronos sent them a stare. “Oh…sorry, I didn’t really pay attention to the other Knights other than the one taking my place” he explained.
Preston shook his head. “It’s perfectly fine sir”
Hinata rolled her eyes.
Cronos turned to Hinata.
“If you wanna follow them, they went right from this room. Judging from the time, they couldn’t have went that far from here”
Tolkalee stopped at one point to listen. He didn't hear anything out of the ordinary, nor did he see anything. But that didn't mean it wasn't there. His hand instinctively rested on the hilt of his dagger on his leg as they continued forward.
Aisen walked beside Jonathan.
“By the way, how are the others of your generation?” Aisen asked the young lad.
“W-Well…I’m pretty one of them is nearby but I can’t really tell who it is…oh, uh, sorry…I didn’t answer your question…they’re all great…” Jonathan answered nervously. He held onto Tolkalee’s sleeve again.
Aisen patted his head. “You adorable little thing…”
Tolkalee said nothing, but he felt like he needed to make sure this kid was safe. He let his fingers trace over the design on his dagger's handle.
Loki folded her wings slightly but not enough to hide them looking at the group around Matthew "So what now?"
Aisen turned around seeing a figure come up behind him. By the time he turned around the figure was already right behind him. A white and golden spear pierced Aisen’s chest. The figure jumped away from them, keeping his distance from the group.
Cronos turned to Loki. “Well, we are indeed missing two Knights; Cassius and Chris. So, we might go and find them…well, you guys can. I need to take care of Matthew”
(are they near Matthew)
(If by they you mean the one attacking, no)
(ok just asking)
Tolkalee spun on his heal, ripping his dagger from it's sheath. He ran over to stand next to Aisen facing the attacker. "Who would you be?" His voice was nothing but threat. There was no lightness to it at all.
The figure didn’t answer. They looked up, revealing the messed up face they had. Half of their face was burnt and the other half was melted away. The figure disappeared into an angel’s feather, appearing again behind Jonathan.
Jonathan smiled and activated his power. He turned around, kicking the figure towards Aisen with his white flamed leg.
“Master, catch!” He yelled with entertainment.
Aisen saw the figure coming towards him and unsheathed his white blade, slicing their torso and sent them flying towards Tolkalee. “Catch~!” He exclaimed to Tolkalee with a slight voice break.
(oof that hurts)
Tolkalee slashed upwards then he grabbed the figure. Swung him over his shoulder and drove him into the ground. He was on top of him instantly, pressing his dagger to the figure's throat. "I'm gonna ask again, who are you?"
Aisen recognized something.
“There’s no use asking him Tolkalee…” he walked towards the figure and pressed his white blade down their chest. The figure disintegrated and left an artifact. “That was a Corrupted Knight…” he knelt down and grabbed the artifact. The text on it reads Divine Devastation. “Oh…Gabriel Dawkins…” he said, keeping the artifact in his coat.
