She made her way onto the top deck, taking a sword from a barrel. She stood by the railing and watched the ship approaching.

Phillip sat still, waiting for the thud that meant the ship's men had boarded.

Aza still observed quietly, though if you looked closely, you'd see that she was resting her hand on one of her knives.

She leaned against her sword, wedging it between two of the wooden planks of the deck

After 15 more minutes, the police vessel pulled up beside Kirimi's ship. The captain, a large, bearded man in a blue officer's uniform, stood on the deck, 50 riflemen lined up behind him with their weapon's ready. Klaus stood at the top of the crow's nest, rifle aimed at the heart of the officer.

(oh something i forgot to mention earlier, kirimi's a phoenix, which explains her age, and also i like to kill her sometimes aha)

She let her eyes wander over the group, unfazed by the threat of their rifles

"Is this the vessel of Captain Kirimi?" The officer asked, a hand on the decorative sword at his hip.

"Mhm, that it is" she didn't lift her sword

Aza discreetly drew two of her knives, twirling them between her fingers.

Phillip was still sitting on the barrel, his gun drawn and cocked, ready to fire. It was short range, but it was deadly, spraying shrapnel.

"We will give you one chance to surrender peacefully," the officer said. "Or you and your crew will be slaughtered like dogs."

"Slaughtered? Like dogs?" Aza laughed. "Officer, I really don't think that'll be the case."

"I'll give you one chance to leave, or your crew is going to regret ever coming near my ship." She stated, casual but definitely threatening

"There are 50 of my men against about 20 of yours. Do you really want to test this?" he asked.

"You'd be surprised, love" she lifted her sword, inspecting the blade

"I'd love to," Aza said, grinning.

The officer began to draw his sword, but Klaus beat him to it, shooting him before he had the chance.

A small smirk crossed her face

The other soldiers raised the weapons to where the shot was fired, but all they could see was the cloud of gunpowder floating through the air. Boom! another shot, and another one of the police force fell to yet another rifle.

She watched them fall one by one, leaning on her blade once again

(Yeah, why not)
"FIRE!" someone shouted and the deck erupted with gunfire. Klaus could be seen weaving through the smoke to every location he had planted a rifle, his face a stonewall.

She watched the moves of the opposing crew before lifting her sword and moving around any bullets which flew towards her

Aza threw a few of her knives, not caring if they struck their mark. She laughed, enjoying the tang of smoke and blood.

She stepped up onto the railing of the ship, pulling out her old-fashioned pistol

The bullets continued to fly until all 50 of their rifles were spent. When the dust cleared, only 30 of them soldiers remained.

"Now, how would you all like to leave? Either that, or we will kill you. You can test that, but i wouldn't advise that." She was still holding her pistol, her other hand underneath her jacket.

Aza twirled her last remaining knife around her finger, walking around collecting the ten she had thrown. About four of them missed their mark, lodged in the wood of the ship.

For the added intimidation, Klaus picked off the closest one to the railing. The soldiers scrambled to their positions and began the slow task of pulling away from Kiriti's ship.

"I thought as much" She stepped down
