Has the human race come into contact with any other solar system? (General curiosity)

We have satellites that have traveled outside of our system, but we do not have contact with them anymore.

Not just bacteria though. Beings.

Bacteria are considered beings.

But according to science life developed from bacteria, so seeing bacteria is technically a sign of life in the future. Something the human race can colonize in the future

Scientists do not know what is outside of our universe, if it is just nothing or if there are other universes (parallel or not) going through the same rapid expansion as ours is.
It's super interesting.
