Zoe stood up suddenly. " Well, we can't just stay here, we have to go after them!" She was disgusted at him for even suggesting that.

Cash held up a hand. "Hey, it's a possibility. Some people don't like the idea of groups of survivors. The risk of infection is greater." He gets up and swings his backpack on over his shoulders, then he picks up his bat. "I'll go with you."

Cash adjusts his backpack and follows Zoe and Aberdeen. He sidesteps Infected zombie carcases and swings his bat experimentally, readying for action.

Zoe decided to follow the road since she really didn't want to go in the fields again. Her knives were out and ready for action. Then they saw a horrific sight. The bodies of the little girl and the woman laid there in a pool of blood which was sure to attract zombies. She stopped so suddenly that Cash bumped into her which made her fall over.

"Sorry," Cash grabs Zoe's arm and pulls her to her feet. Then…then he sees what she saw. His breath catches, and his shoulders go limp.
