Like sometimes he will make me feel like the happiest person alive, whereas other times he makes me want to kill myself. We have been together 3 years so it can't be that bad..

Not to be rude but that alone would be an immediate red flag you need to get the flip away from me kind of situation.

I tried to get my friend to help, then my bf started calling him a nonce. I just don't know anymore. There's two guys I have a massive thing for. One of them I work with, he makes me smile, he's there for me when I'm on the verge of breaking down/kicking off at work, he gives me hugs and whatnot. (Edit: Even my fucking managers are in on everything and like to throw in the odd comment because me and him are always near each other and some even think he likes me as well) Then the other guy - he makes me so happy. Like so so happy. All my friends have to do is mention his name and BAM I have a smile. He's compassionate and kind, he cares about my feelings, and he wouldn't intentionally do anything to make me cry. The only problem is we haven't met officially in person yet..
