I'm a part of a percussion team and our theme for our performance is the punk 80's. Meaning lots of jumping and a part I play is playing 16th notes for 11 measures straight haha
It's so worth it though, it's really fun and helping me get over stage fright! And if it's for Jesus, heck yeah I'm in :D

We didn’t go this morning because my dad worked until four last night. We’ll be going tonight though.

The Fine Arts conference is this Friday and Saturday so the pressure is on. We perform Saturday morning at 10 and I reallyyyy hope I'm well rested in order to be constant jumping for it haha

Least it’s only five seconds right? Only so much could go wrong and people aren’t dependent on you.

Just because we perform at 10, doesn't mean we can get up at like 8.
Convention starts at 7 I think? So yeah bright and early like campppp wooo

I looked into it and our finale with the 'cymbals' is at like 168 beats per minute.
Combine that with 16th notes

Guys that reminded me. Tomorrow we find out our band audition results and I did really bad, so could y'all pray that I don't cry in front of everyone? I know, it's kinda dumb, but I'm bad at controlling tears I cry at EVERY emotion I have.
