Witches and warlocks have always hated each other. Centuries, their covens have always been at each other's throats, both striving to prove to be the more powerful of all of them. But a new threat has risen and they must band together if they have any hopes of defeating this threat. Will they be able to work together or will they kill each other?

Anyone interested?

(Me! If I can! Please! I also love your profile picture [I can only identify The Book Thief and Salt In the Sea, I think])

(Yay! Do we have a template? And who's gonna be who [who's a witch, who's a warlock]? And what is your definition of the two [there's a lot, but I mainly go off of D&D stuff]?)

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

(Honesty, I was kinda wanting the cliche love story. They hate each so much and then end up falling in love in the end. With lots of drama and action in between of course. And I don't really care who is who, though I was kinda hoping to be the witch)

(Okay. I think I may have to make someone new, though. Maybe…)

(Almost done, I just need to do the Background and Extra (If I'm to add to that))

(I had so much fun making him! Let me know if I need to change anything!)

Name: Xander Parks
Age: 24
Occupation: Designer (Of clothes, duh…)
Favorite Magic: Conjuration Magic
Eye color: Aqua
Hair color: He has dark brown hair that has dark blue highlights
Body type: Ectomorphic/Rectangular
Personality: Xander is keen and will most likely not be fooled, often being cold and harsh. When it comes to friends or his fellow Warlocks, he is loyal and brave. He quickly judges people, and can easily take control of a situation. He's a leader, but would rather do things solo. Xander is good a deceiving and lying to people, manipulating humans like puppets in the palms of his hand. He doesn't try to be, but he's somewhat of a charmer. However, when it comes to it, his greatest flaw is that of him failing the tasks given to him.
Background: Xander was a peculiar child at birth, his warlock parents admiring him for his ability to exceed in his magic skills. Although he was ambitious, Xander was always expected to do his best under the pressure of his parents. Even if he was the top of his class, both he and his parents would only push him harder, aiming for him to be the best of the best. He has achieved that goal now but wishes not to show off what he can do. He currently resides in the western part of New York, traveling occasionally to deal with Warlock business. He owns a shop called Parks Clothing, and is very fond of its progression over the years.
Extra: He is an animal lover by heart, and is often first portrayed as warm and friendly to strangers or passerbys.

Name: Amara Jones
Age: 22
Occupation: Wiccan store owner
Favorite Magic: Divination, particularly with tarot cards
Eye color: Forest green
Hair color: Ash brown, falling mid waist
Body type: Hourglass
Personality: Amara is kind and helpful, to strangers and her coven. She takes pride in helping every customer that walks through her doors. She hears their needs and gives them what they need, whether it's for a simple spell or if they want to learn more. She would do anything for her coven, even sacrificing herself. However, when it comes to the unwelcomed, she tends to get nasty. Just because she prefers tarot card readings doesn't mean she doesn't know powerful spells. If you're unwanted, you won't be taking a step closer. You'll be lucky if you don't find yourself being sent back.
Background: Amara was raised in the coven, it's all she knows. Her mother supported her in what she did, as long as it was magic related. Her mother tried to persuade her to when she choose the master the art of divination, however, Amara refused to be swayed. Her mother supports her, though doesn't agree. The coven witches are her sisters. She would anything they asked of her.
Extra: Amara is far-sighted. She only wears her glasses when in her shop or in her home, nowhere else.

(Okay, that was funny. I'm fine with starting if you want me to, but, be warned: I am known to write a large paragraph of information…)

(I think Xander would go to drastic measures for his coven, so I might start…that okay?)

Xander knew something wasn't right. He didn't know if it was the way the air was harsher and more bitter than it usually was or the way he could sense just a bit more magic in the air than he was accustomed to, but something was off. He entered his shop and started to tidy up before opening before his phone pinged. A text message from a fellow Warlock, Shaun.
Shaun: We have a problem. We need you NOW. Someone's here and they've killed half the coven already!
Xander responds quickly.
Me: I'm on my way!
Xander had no idea what was going on, and he kept the sign in his shop closed, an unusual sight to see. He passed the Wiccan store in a hurry, thinking of how he was supposed to stop whatever it was that was killing his coven, his only friends in this human-infested world that he called home.

Amara was restocking the herbs on her shop wall. There were only a couple customers meandering around the store and they hadn't asked her for any help so she was restoking to keep herself busy. There was something different about the air. She could sense the evil in it. If she had a chance, she would go in the back and preform a reading. Her phone began to buzz excessively. The only reason her phone would be going off so much if it was her mother or her coven. She pulled it out of her back pocket. Gabriella, one of her coven sisters, was calling her. With eyebrows furrowed, she stepped into the back to answer.
"Gabriella?"
"Oh, Amara, thank god. Whatever you do, don't go home, don't go to the coven. Something is here. Something dark and powerful. It's hunting, killing. Get out of the city, go far away." There were sounds of crashing and screams in the background.
"What are you talking about? I'm on my way."
"No, if there is any chance at beating this thing, you cannot come, or it will destroy you too." There was a pause. "Stop the young warlock or he will be gone too. Work together, maybe you'll free us. He'll be running past your store."
The phone went dead and she looked down in shock. What was going on? She stepped out back into her shop and looked around. Nothing appeared to be off with her customers. She walked closer to the glass doors, waiting. Gabriella mentioned a warlock, those nasty, untrustful men. She would do anything to stay far away from them. Except, her coven was in danger, and she was told that he could help her. She stepped out as a male figure went running by. She could sense the magic surrounding him. Definitely the warlock. "Running in there mindlessly is only going to get them killed!" She yelled after him, hoping he would stop.
