Meanwhile, my Overly Catholic™ history book is over here complaining excessively about the Protestant Revolt and all the "horrible evils it caused" while brushing off the awful acts of Queen Mary/Bloody Mary during that time (you know, slaughtering Protestants for their beliefs) because she was "pressured into it by society".

I mean, I'm very Catholic, but I'm not that extreme…

Fun fact: “Bloody Mary” killed far less people than “Good Queen Bess” and if I recall correctly, it was because they were political threats, not because of religion at all.

And then it turned into a theological discussion which branches off into all manner of history so…. yeah….
I also wasted the work period…
