"Damian" He answered, sticking out his hand, returning to his usual stiff and serious posture.

Patrick was heading toward his cabin when he noticed two other boys heading toward the main office building. "Shoot," he thought to himself, "Were you supposed to check in first?" Glancing at the cabin, he sighed for the umpteenth time today, and changed directions.

"Ease up there, soldier." Quinn replied, using one of her random phrases. She shook Damian's hand and let it drop back to her side.

Damian gave Quinn a questioning look, before standing there awkwardly.

"Can you by any chance show us to our cabin?" He asked, his shoulders relaxing just a bit.

Chris kept in a laugh, finding Quinn's statement hilarious. "Oh yeah. I have no clue where cabin seven is."

"Sure," Quinn replied. "Right this way." She led them through the back door, limping a little from her prosthetic. The doctors said the limp wouldn't ever leave, but it was better than having no leg at all. "Cabin seven's nice. . . it's close to the campfire and archery. Just watch out if any arrows come through the windows."

Chris rolled his eyes. "Great…"

She grinned. "Don't worry, I'm just messing around."

Damian nodded, smirking a bit at Chris' gesture, elbowing him in the side as he followed Quinn.

"Ow…" Chris glared at Damian before putting the lollipop back in his mouth and following Quinn.

She glanced backwards at the two. "Other than that, Cabin Seven is pretty awesome. I'm in 11, which should be four cabins to your right. . . if you ever need some help with something."

He opened the door just as the curly-haired girl on the other side reached for the handle. Patrick stopped for a moment, startled. "Hi."

Damian nodded, silently standing behind Chris, a bit awkwardly.

Quinn walked forward, running into the boy in front of her. She stumbled back, her green eyes wide in surprise. "Oh lord, I'm sorry. I didn't see you there."

Patrick scooted forward, trying to get past without starting a conversation. "Sorry… uh, 'scuse me."

Calista went to the main office, hoping to find which cabin she was supposed to be in there.

"Right, you're a last minute addition, Calista."

"Umm i signed up months ago, i shoudnt have been" she said, confused.

"Oh, yeah a lot of people signed up so there was a wait list."

"Oh, makes sense"

"im mostly confused why my paper says Cabin 7 but this list doesnt have my name on it" she motioned to the list of names.

"Anyways, just dump your stuff by a bunk, pick the one you want, and go explore. I dunno, just chill in the craft barn, whatever works."

"umm okay" she walked into the cabin and found an open bunk in the corner. she set her duffel and back pack on the lower bunk and pulled her phone out of her backpack and grabbed her earbuds from another pocket. she put her earbuds in, turned on spotify, and went back outside to, well explore.

Christopher nodded at the boy who had bumped into Quinn before making his way towards cabin seven. This is cool. I feel like I'm at CHB. He thought to himself.

( That means I'm in the Hermes cabin. That makes sense since it's really laid back )

She waved at the two and started walking back towards her cabin.

Christopher opened the door with his hip and walked inside, throwing his bags on his bed. I'll put stuff away later… He thought to himself, taking his drawstring day bag from the bed.
