Except it's too close to dinner…
So I'm going to sit here…
Staring
intensely
at a wall…
Until food…

I really hope you figure things out, but even if you don't I'll be here. Sometimes all I want to do is stare at a wall too.

Welp I see this discussion is for ranting, and I need to rant so imma rant. Sorry if i'm bothersome my dudes.Sooo anyways! I hate my school so much. Today i'm just sitting there in math class minding my own business when this stupid person throws a pencil at me. My math teacher literally watched this kid do it and he did nothing to him. I threw the pencil back at this kid, not even hard, and he said ow! So the teacher screamed my name and took me into the hall and literally gave me a lecture about I shouldn't be throwing pencils at good students. I tried to say he threw it first but the teacher wouldn't even hear it. So in the end I got detention. For a pencil…..A PENCIL. Summary:I basically wanted to die today.

Guys I’m not sure if this is anxiety and I thought you guys might be able to help me.

Whenever I hear footsteps coming from behind me I get really nervous and kind of want to run away and I’m always nervous when it’s just me and one other person on the street. I don’t like going to toilets on my own and I always have to go with a friend. I always speedwalk past places that sell alcohol and am afraid of walking out at night in places we’re peopke drink. I always feel like people are looking at or judging me even when they are probably not. I’m scared to carry more that £20 on me and I’m always afraid that if someone were to try to kidnap/mug/rape me I’d be completely defenceless. I don’t know what this is but I get pretty “anxious” about these things but I don’t really know what to call it. Help?

I'm not sure how to help you friend, but I would think that's normal cause I've felt it too….

@ravens

I think it's pretty normal to fear those things, especially if you're a girl. They're all valid things to be worried about. But the level of nervousness is something to take into account as well. If you're only a little nervous, I'd say that's reasonable. But if you can't control your fear, try taking deep breaths before you go out or when you feel the fear creeping up on you again. Maybe you could have someone go with you when you're out and about, because there's safety in numbers, at least in situations like these.
I'm not very good at this, so I'm sorry if this doesn't help.
