Damian finally fell alseep, his breathing evening out as he cuddled up to Catori unconsciously for warmth.
Catori was quick to give him a bit more warmth, a small yawn escaping her.
Damian relaxed, peacefully snoozing. Jasper quietly crept into the tent to collect the trash left over from when they ate.
Catori looked up as Jasper came in, quickly relaxing once she saw it was just him. She smiled in greeting, before glancing back at the prince she was fairly tangled up with.
Jasper’s eyes widen as he saw Damian clinging to Catori and offered the princess a small wave, picking up the trash. “Do you need anything?” He whispered quietly.
Catori thought for a moment, then shook her head. "No, thank you. I'm just fine."
He nodded, carefully creeping out of the tent. “Sleep well, Princess Catori.” He dipped his head respectfully before vanishing outside.
Catori watched him go, and then settled back down, a small smile on her face.
Damian snored lightly, his expression calm and relaxed.
Lotus stepped out of the carriage and looked around at the quaint little town, "That sounds great. Lead the way Pine."
She raised an eyebrow and shrugged, "Whatever you say." She nudged Poe's side and looked around the forest as she followed Victor.
Pine paid for the inn and walked down the hall slowly, the wooden boards creaking under his feet. As usual, it was cold. He sat down on the little bed in the last room and fiddled with Victor's pendant absently. "It's late, you should sleep."
Vic's jaw tightened as the sun slowly disappeared, leaving them in the dark. Charming was going as fast as he could in a forest. "Okay, yes, we are lost," he whispered finally, slowing the horse.
"Now you admit it?" Alexia asked, rolling her eyes, "You could've said this a long time ago and we could've figured something out, my powers can't hep in the dark." Poe slowed to a stop next to him and she looked over at him, "Unless you want me to freeze anything I can't help."
Lotus looked around completely numb to the creaks and moans the inn had to offer her. The only thing bothering her was that they were sharing a room and her illusion would give way the moment she truly fell asleep, "I planned to do that much."
hey, guys I know I've been gone for a really long time, and I'm not even sure if I can catch up. I don't know if there's anything happening with other characters that include me but if not I might leave just cause I'm so behind I can't catch up, sorry.
((Sqwelcome back! And I'm sorry to hear that))
Fletcher got out his quill and wrote with his ink writing down a multitude of orders, He then was brought some falcon which he tied the letter upon and let them fly, He then ordered the guards of his to continue their missions as he got up and headed towards the palace with his escort.

Pine shrugged, waving at the other bed. "Are you going to sleep standing up? Want me to leave?"
"Okay." Victor scowled, licking his lips. "Okay, we might have to stop if you get tired, but…we should keep going." He tilted his head back to peer at the sky. "At least until we're out of the forest?"
She nodded and nudged her horse forward again, "Then let's get going, at least let's try to make it out of here. If we can't…setting up camp for a few hours doesn't sound terrible." She didn't look back at Victor as she rode forward, focusing on trying to find a path to get out of the forest.
Lotus sat down on the other bed thinking very carefully about her decision. However she was just tired and didn't care anymore, "No, that is a foolish idea. I have no problem with you remaining here."
(Gargh I'm sorry I'm trying not to let this die but if you're just done with this
Pine raised an eyebrow and lay down.
Victor was starting to regret choosing the forest. It was so dark and he couldn't go faster. "Okay."
(I'm not either, it's just hard to move on without you.)
Lotus laid down on the other bed facing her back to the prince. She needed to look asleep so he could fall asleep and then she could actually fall asleep without worrying to much. Complex? Yes. Would it work? Most likely.
(True.)
Walking towards the Governmental Palace, Fletcher went in to request audience with the current king of Valerianna.
She continued on, happy for the colder night in the forest but stopped after a little while, sighing in frustration since it was too dark to see where they were going, "I think we'll have to stop now.." She said, looking at Victor, "I can't see three feet in front of me."
Pine tapped his fingers quietly, staring at the ceiling. He had come up with many plans, but if he was ever going to be honest with himself, anything could happen, and it wasn't up to him. He watched the princess. Was she asleep?
Victor stopped too, but kept silent. He couldn't see anything either. They might have been walking into a trap, as far as he knew. He let go of the reins and tried to look around again.
Saruo appeared in front of Fletcher. "Why do you need to speak with the king?"
Fletcher halted, his cold, sharp and calculated gaze stared hard into Sarou's eyes.
"Why… Are you asking." Fletcher said while motioning for his guards to stop moving.
"Should we stop?" She asked, looking around and tapping her fingers against her leg. Her powers were itching to be used and she jumped out of the saddle even though she knew she probably shouldn't, "We're going to stop here."
Lotus was laying on her side, her breathing at a forced shallow pace. She could feel her eyes going droopy, but adrenaline kept her awake.
Pine was starting to think the princess was asleep. He wasn't sure, but since he wasn't going to sleep anytime soon, and it wasn't as if he was going to die the moment he did something strange, he got up quietly and advanced toward the window, glancing back quickly.
"We're going to stop?" Victor refocused. He swung his leg partly off the saddle and sat sideways. "Something wrong?" He could barely see her when she got off. For at least the thousandth time that night, he wished very hard that his fire would actually be useful. At least it wasn't too quiet.
Lotus swore to the gods this prince would never fall asleep. However, she couldn't hold sleep off any longer and gave way to the darkness and her worse nightmare happened. Her illusion gave way and someone was there to see her true self.
She shook her head, "Nothing is wrong We're just going to stop here until it gets lighter out, then we can continue on." Grabbing onto Poe's reigns she looked around for a spot that Victor could get a fire going. She didn't need it, but it was nice to have, especially since they could see where they were if he started one.
