Emmeline shrugged lightly, "Probably," She replied, a light smile on her face from the warm blanket and Miles against herself. She hummed ever so lightly and pulled her legs closer to herself, leaving him more room.

Miles shifted a little. It was nice to have someone to chat with a little, someone to hang out with and travel together with. I've been so lonely for such a long time, I've practically forgotten what it's like to have a friend…. And be one for someone else. He snuggled closer to her, cherishing the time he had with her. Who knows where we'll end up….

She yawned and pressed herself closer to him, drifting off to sleep, "Wake me up if you need anything or if we have to leave." She mumbled, falling asleep.

"Sure thing…." He muttered. Once she fell asleep, he opened an eye to make sure she was fully asleep before pressing his cold nose into her cheek and giving her a canine kiss. I really do feel like that about you….

Emmeline rummed her eyes and yawned, "Noo.." She mumbled, rolling over and trying to fall back asleep. She had no clue what time it was or how long she had been asleep, all she knew was that she didn't want to wake up.

Emmiline's shifting and such shook Miles, and he woke up too. "Hm….?" He glanced over at her and smiled laxly. "It's not like we have to go anywhere….. Or at least I don't…."

"I have to go get food..and medicine for your leg.." She cracked her eyes open and rolled over again, tugging the blanket over her head.

"I thought you already got medicine. But…. I don't thing you got any ointment…." Miles kept himself curled up, yet he opened his eyes up slowly.

Emmeline waved a hand dismissively, "That's what I mean, the ointment.." She sighed and pulled the blanket off of herself, throwing it over Miles unceremoniously. She sat up and groaned, rubbing her eyes.

Miles fluffed around a little bit with the blanket, shoving it off his face and wrapping himself in it and getting fur all over everything. “Well… Alright then…. Make sure not to give anyone or yourself any trouble…” I really hate to see her doing everything in her power to help me when I can’t help myself…. But I cannot let anyone else see me like this or they’ll possibly kill me because of the bad taste werewolves have….

"I never give anyone trouble and I don't think I'll get in any trouble." She said, swinging her legs off the bed and standing up. She looked back at Miles and smiled lightly, "So just some food and the ointment?" She walked to the door and waited for his answer, not wanting to open it and have people accidentally get a glimpse of him.

“Sure. Meat, though…” He said, covering his entire body and wrapping the blanket around his head except his face. “I…. I can eat other things, but it’s only logical that I have… meat….” Miles grinned happily. “And don’t worry—I’ll be right here when you come back.”

She nodded, "Ok..just don't die either." She said before slipping out the door and shutting it behind her. She exited the inn and started her search for ointment, already seeing a butchers shop but not wanting the meat to go bad while she got ointment.

Miles burrowed himself further into the bed, snuggling with the blanet and taking another nap. Now it’s time to wait for her to get back….. with my tasty snack meal thing…..

There was a small medicine shop a ways into town and Emmeline eventually made her way to it after a lot of searching. She entered the shop and immediately struck up a conversation, haggling over the price of the ointment for his leg. The shopkeeper finally agreed to drop the price slightly and she bought the medicine, keeping the small bottle tucked away carefully as she started to try to make her way back to the butchers shop.
She hummed lightly as she walked, looking at the people around her and smiling lightly at them. The shop was open when she got to it and she went inside, looking at the different cuts of meat she could buy.

Miles was still asleep, taking a cute little nap. He was still dreaming of that place where werewolves lived without any prejudice, without any worry of people trying to come after him to kill him.

She finally decided on a decently sized piece of meat, paying for it and starting back to the inn. There were several people in the inn and she quietly slipped back to their room, setting the meat and ointment down before sitting on the edge of the bed. She smiled softly at Miles and let him sleep, just humming softly.

Miles lifted his snout up and rested it on Emmiline’s thigh, dreaming nicely of what a werrewolf safe haven would be like….

She smiled and blushed, starting to pet Miles' fur softly. She hummed and let him sleep, figuring he would want to wake up on his own.

Miles came out of his deep sleep, but didn’t open his eyes. “I have no idea how long I’m gonna be like this….” He mumbled lowly. “As long as that wound is open and still injured, I’m still gonna be a wolf….” Because if I transform while that wound is open…. that’d cause more pain than anyone could imagine, or even experience….

"The ointment I bought should help," She replied softly, "It might sting when it is on your wound, but it'll help heal that faster." She looked down at him and continued to smile, "Do you like being a wolf?" She asked, quite curious.

“Well….. I mean….” He paused. “Being all large and furry is hard to hide from people who would kill you upon sight…. and the hangovers are awful if you don’t sleep enough…. But otherwise it’s alright. Keeping warm is easy…. hunting is a bit easier with heightened smell, hearing and sight….” Miles shrugged. “It’s okay, I guess….” Unsure why she’s asking though…..

She nodded, "I think it'd be kinda cool to be able to be a wolf.." She looked around the room and laid back on the bed, putting her arms behind her head.
