Honestly I wanted nothing more than to escape that class and be here or anywhere else for that matter. Like I went to the bathroom three times which was suspicious enough as it is. Then the freaking internet went out so I couldn't log on in the next period either and was just stuck spiraling

I had the same thing happened to me today AFT. It was a strange thing, because the library was closed the one day I needed it. This is going to be closed all week. So I can kind of feel that.

and at least two others considering, he just had no idea. The teachers didn’t either. I would know; I was among the 5. My school was/is oblivious. They have no idea how the juvenile mind really works and how things will affect children. I think that they should go through a psyche crash course, highlighting common learning disorders and mental illnesses in children and teens so that they can make connections and hopefully get those kids the help they need befor it gets so much worse.
I agree. In my school, it's just intolerance. Things like racist, sexist, homophobic, and transphobic slurs just get breast off on a day-to-day basis, and people actively have no concept on how mental illnesses work. I heard one kid actively say, the day thought schizophrenia was "some creep shit" and it really just pissed me off to no end. Nobody there has any concept on how mental illnesses come into being, affect people, and how to put a damper on them. It's frankly a pain in my ass. I'm getting sick and fucking tired of it. Nobody at my school really self-harms, and even if they did we probably wouldn't notice it. It's just idiots juuling in the bathroom. Literally one fight throws my school into chaos, it's pitiful.
