She gave him a light smile, "I think I'll like this place, what's the food like?" They were quite near the Bifrost now and she pressed her eyes closed for a second, quickly opening them again.

"Pretty good, you'd be surprised. I don't recommend the fast food though," he said with a cringe. He glanced over at her and laced his hand with hers "Just focus on me, love and everything will be fine." he reassured

She nodded, "I'll try my best." She squeezed his hand lightly and smiled, "What's fast food?" She asked, feeling sort of embarrassed for asking.

He thought for a moment with a smile as they entered the Bifrost "it's kind of like lower quality normal food, made for those who have no time to cook or are too lazy to, usually made by other people." He explained

"Isn't that why they have cooks?" She squeezed his hand again as they entered the Bifrost and she tried to focus just on him.

He shrugged "not necessarily, people there usually cook for themselves or they go out to eat. You'll see when we get there." He pulled her close to him as they entered the Bifrost

She nodded and let go of his hand, wrapping him in a hug instead. She smiled lightly and looked up at him, not focusing on the Bifrost, "I'm excited,"

He brushed a gently hand against her cheek "really? I couldn't tell," he said sarcastically. He cupped her cheek and pulled her into a kiss.

"I bet you couldn't" She said as she kissed him back, a smile on her face. She pulled herself closer to him and continued to smile as they went through the Bifrost.

"try me," he muttered as he tucked her under his chin and held her tight with a grin. "Having fun love?"

She nodded, "Yes, are we near Earth?" She tilted her head so that her ear was near his heart and she closed her eyes lightly, listening to his heartbeat.

"We are here love." He said gently, glancing around and smiling down at her "comfy darling?"

She opened her eyes and smiled happily, looking around. She looked up at him and then glanced around again, "What city are we in?" She asked, taking a step away from him as she studied their surroundings happily.

"a more secluded part in Florida I think." He glanced around "I've been here a few times, absolutely beautiful at night and not too many know of this place."

Avalin nodded, bouncing on her toes and wandering off, "It's amazing," She looked around and smiled, "Can I try some of the food from around here?"

He nodded, entranced by her facination "go ahead," he gestured towards the streets "I'll follow."

Her eyes sparkled happily and she nodded, heading down a random street while she looked around.

He snapped his fingers, sending the rest of their things to the house and followed Avalin. Watching her as she walked around, he smiled happily

She hummed as she walked, "Have you ever gotten food around here?" She asked, slowing down slightly to ask him.

He glanced around "a few time, a really good place to go around here is…right over there." He pointed to a small cafe with not many people around it. "It doesn't seem like much but it's really good."

"Then we should go there," She decided, grabbing his hand and looking around "You're right, the people look quite like us."

He smiled and kissed her hand "yes, they do." He let her lead him to the cafe

She smiled and led him to the cafe, walking inside and looking around. The place was pretty homey and it had a floridan charm, making Avalin quite curious about the place.

The lady behind the counter glanced up and grinned "good to see you back your highness," She was an older woman, maybe mid 50's with a sweet smile and kind face.
Loki smiled "you know there's no need for that Lilian." The lady came over and embraced Loki in a hug. He hugged her back
" My don't you look fancy, and who's this beautiful young lady who looks like she never seen salt shakers before hm?" She glanced at Avalin then back at their intertwined hands "oh my Gods Loki!!! You got married and didn't tell me?!" She slapped his arm playfully and embraced him again "congratulations!"

Avalin smiled brightly and waved at the lady, quite curious about how she knew Loki and was good friends with him. Her gaze wandering to the tables and then the ceiling, studying everything and loving every minute of it.

"Thank you, mind if we sit?" he asked, pulling Avalin to a booth
"of course, of course, go ahead." Lilian went to the back to grab some menus.
Loki glanced at Avalin and smiled "I'm guessing you like it here? and you have questions." he rubbed the back of her hand and nodded in encouragement.
Lilian came back "I've known this little maniac since he and his brother came a few years ago, tried to rob me."

She nodded and glanced at Lillian, "Did he really try to rob you? Also, this place is amazing, it's so interesting." She smiled at Loki and tapped the booth seat, "This is nice, it's different."

"Thank you, dear, and yeah he did. He later returned feeling guilty." She smiled and glanced at the two
"Barely guilty," he corrected "I came back only to grab my staff, then I saw you had kids and then I felt guilty"

Avalin's face lit up, "You have kids? How old are they?" She frowned playfully at Loki, shaking her head.

He smiled back
"They're old enough to make a living by themselves, that's for sure. 19 and 20." Lilian said, passing her and Loki some drinks.
"Are you thinking of having kids?" She asked with a bright smile
