I just found one of my old notebooks… on one page "Daily Goals <3" is written in colorful gel pen with pencil scribbles all over the top and the words "FORGET THIS"… Why is that so funny to me?

I know, Ella. People keep reminding me too. Two of my irl friends texted me last night asking if I was okay and they were worried and stuff and just reminded me that they are both here. And it was a good reminder. One refuses to let me push them away because that's my reflexive thing to do at times like this. And even though I know that people are here for me, I still feel really alone? I guess. I'm stuck in a dark place and I can't find light
