Yomo headed to the pedastal, "As you all know, ghost levels have risen in the past couple years. We think it's due not to the influx of deaths, but because of a being."

Robin's eyes welled up with tears. No… he couldn't be dead! What about Grayson? And Timothy? And his parents? "N-new home?"

“You must know about the After life? Didn’t your parents teach you about that place?”

Aita didn't bother listening to much after that. He was the organization's secret weapon, he just did what they told him to do. Maybe he got a bit off track, but Aita didn't mind being a puppet.

"They… didn't talk about death much…" Robin wasn't sure how to feel about this whole ordeal. His house burned down, he's dead, and now he's going to the afterlife? It all just felt like a horrible nightmare. Except he couldn't wake up from it in the morning,

He pulled at the two stitches at the corner of his eye and mussed up his hair, incredibly bored. "Board meetings are always so long, Yomo-san."

The corner of Yomo's mouth twitched, "Yes, yes, Aita, but we must sit through them." he reached over and tousled Aita's hair.

"S-so I could still see them? And… I dunno… affect things around them? Can I see other people who choose that option? H-how many people do that?"

Aita smiled, heart lifting. Yomo smiled too, "Aita, you have to listen to be prepared."
"I'll always be prepared, Yomo-san." Aita leaned on the wall.
Yomo nodded, "Maybe physically." he tapped Aita's head, "But not mentally."

“Not a lot of people choose to stay on earth… And yes, you can see them, and… uh… slightly change what’s going on around them… but not like moving objects..” Looking back down on him, he finished, “ You can help then find things, put thoughts in their heads, help them from doing stupid things, stuff like that… I’m not a ghost so I don’t know all the things you can do, that’s for you to find out.”

Robin thought for a moment. "If I choose to become a guardian angel, can I ever enter the afterlife? Also, do I get wings? Because wings are pretty cool."

Aita was stunned by the sudden touch. "Yomo-san, I'm fine."

Chuckling at the small boy's question, he answered, "You don't get or need wings, you're out of your body now, you can fly if you want to… And yes, you can enter the Afterlife whenever you want to."

Estella ran down the street, scared out of her mind. Her eyes were wild with fear, and she didn't notice the man with hawk wings until she crashed into him.

Yomo smiled, "Do you want to go to the park until we're done? I can brief you on this later." Aita nodded and pulled at the stitches at the corner of his lips. He made his way out of the room and walked towards the park, white hair swaying in the breeze.
