About one inch lower than shoulder length, which is more than 6 inches off… It hasn’t been this short since I was 8

Y'all, I was using this stupid beauty app thing for fun and then I tried adding in the lips enlarger effect to see could do for my tiny lips. So I put it on for maximum effect and NOTHING happened! 😭 😭 They're just rubbing it in now😭😂 Unable to detect lips.
