The boy got in Harley´s face ¨your dead Hollow¨ he said.

"what the hell did I just say?" Chance put himself between him and Harley, "back off, NOW. Or God so help me,"

¨Why do you care about her so much¨ he questioned.

"believe it or not, I'm her boyfriend. And right now, I could potentially go back to jail for breaking every bone in a certain someone's body, but I'm restraining myself cuz I don't want to leave her again. Give me one good reason not to at least knock you out."

The guy looked at him ¨I don´r have one¨ he said.

"at least your honest, so I'll do you a favor and keep you awake." He started to back Harley and himself out to the hall "I here you put another hand on anyone like this again and you'll need more than a hospital to heal the woulda I'll give you."

Harley leaned up and kissed Chace.

He kissed her back "whats that for?" He asked softly

¨you stood up for me¨ she said.

He smiled "why wouldn't I?" He nudged her gently with his shoulder and laughed "how much trouble did you get yourself into while I was gone?"

¨Not much¨ she said innocently.

"you liar. I know you too well, what'd ya do?" He said with a sigh

" I just went to a few clubs_ she said.

"really? living on the wild side hm?" he asked with a smile

"I get it from you" she said

He raised his hands "Oh no, you don't get to pin that one on me…not entirely," he offered a small smile

Harley raised her eyebrows

"Ok fine, maybe a little." he smiled a shoved his hands in his jacket pockets.
"I'm sorry for not being here, Harley. I'm sorry for not being the man you fell in love with," he said, gaining a more serious tone

¨Chace you are the man i fell in love in love with¨ she said.

"me going to jail for a year doesn't change that?" He asked "me leaving you so suddenly like that doesn't change anything?" He shook his head in disbelief "if not then I don't deserve you."

" chance" she said and grabbed his hands. " You really hurt me when you left but that doesn't change the fact that I love you"

He leaned down and touched foreheads with her "It was never my intention to hurt you or anyone," he whispered "I would never hurt you."

She nodded her head" I know".

He sighed and smiled "who knew jail could make so sentimental." He laughed "where to next?"

Harley shrugged ¨I don´t know¨.

He looped his arms around her waist and pulled her in "dinner?"

Harley´s face lit up. ¨"reaally.¨

He touched his nose with hers and smiled "sure. Why not? We haven't had a proper date in a while."

Harley smiled. " We could just order takeout and watch a movie in my dorm" she said.

He nodded "yeah I'd love that."
