"I didn't want to! Well, I wanted to, but I didn't plan on acting on it. But Jay's ancestors cursed me to be violent after death. He comes from a long line of powerful warlocks, and they demolished my kingdom before killing themselves, or so I thought. But they survived, and they kept the demon they summoned around like imbeciles. Jay's sister was the one to unleash it. But he still hates himself for all he's been through. If his deadbeat parents hadn't become mutants I would have gut them before their deaths."
“That. That is terrible.” Lucille said, point out the obvious.
"I've told the child I was sorry a million times, and he finally started to believe it. But then he went right back to blaming himself, and here we are." He chuckled a little. "Now that I think about it, this planet looks a lot like the forest that surrounded the Meltwood."
“Hm.” Lucille said, looking out the big window, she sighed, “Personally, I think we should fine the satellite as soon as possible but nooo, no one listens to Lucille till she smashes a vase.”
(gotta go for tonight, see ya tomorrow !)
(mornin'!)
Friends to, should you, talk your Iskra transmitted to Jay, Be good, is it not, to alone.
(hello) Jay shrugged. They probably would rather talk to someone else. Lucille's angry at me and I think Phoenix and Addison are trying to talk about their family or something.
Cyprus frowned at Lucille. "We offered to do a sonar sweep for the satellite when we first got here, and I'm sure we would still be able to do one."
“That sounds good.” Lucille said plainly, looking into her tea.
(HI! Want to have everyone gather together so we don't have 3 scenes going…?)
(yeah, we could probably regroup in the control room. I was thinking Jay could sonar for the satellite so we could go deeper into the forest)
Cyprus looked off to the side. "Well, if we want to find that satellite you'll have to unground Jay. I suggest you knock on his door though because he doesn't want to talk to me right now." With that, the ghost disappeared again
"Stars, we're in one heck of a jam," Phoenix said, running her hands over her face and standing up, "Alright, Sestra, let's find the others and make a plan."
Jay heard noises coming from the hallway. He turned to the zymeya. Sorry, you have to go, Lucille will definitely kill us all if she sees you! he transmitted, closing the window
That late, it is, I think, too for, Iskra transmitted tilting her head and looking behind him.
He whipped around, seeing Lucille in the doorway. His eyes widened, and he backed up against the wall. He had totally forgotten he had his sleeves up, and was a little too scared to fix them
Hello, Iskra transmitted, looking at them through the window, Lucille must, you be.
"I didn't bring the giant snake here, I swear!"
A, am I not, snake! Iskra transmitted with indignation, flicking her tongue.
Okay, okay, you're not a snake. You look like one though and I'm 100% sure Lucille is gonna kill us.
“Jay. Get in here, right now.” Lucille said icily.
Jay jumped at the sound of her voice, hastily trying to cover his arms again. "Yeah, o-okay," he said, going to find Lucille
“Please don’t tell me you were interacting with an outside creature.” Lucille sighed.
"I didn't ask it to! It just showed up at my window!" he said, leaving out why Iskra had found him in the first place
Lucille raised an eyebrow.
"Just um. Just look out the window over by the ship's controls. She's kinda hard to miss. But she's friendly I swear!"
