(the blue guy on the right was Jay and the purple guy was Cyprus in case you're curious) Cyprus poked Jay. "Hey, she's in her room. You can calm down now." Jay just stayed put.
"I don't wanna go back in the hallway, but would you stop locking the door?" Cyprus frowned before nodding
A shattered vase could be heard from Lucille’s room, then it was silence. Haunting silence.
(Wow I made it sound like she killed her self. ._. I mean it’d be tad dramatic to kill her, but maybe she’s hurt. Eh who knows.)
(nooo we can't kill Lucille) Jay flinched at the sound of something crashing. Cyprus reappeared again, and he poked at Jay. "Hey. She might be hurt. You could use this to go apologize," he whispered. Jay shook his head. Cyprus just kept poking at him until Jay finally got up. He walked out the door, hands in his pockets and looking down at the floor. He got to Lucille's door and knocked quietly
Lucille opened the door, not looking up. Behind her, a vase was smashed. She was wrapping her hand with dressing.
(If I were to kill Lucille, I wouldn’t do it now.)
Jay's eyes flickered up at her, then at her hand. He pushed his glasses up and kept staring at his feet. "I, um. I heard a crash."
“Mhmm.” Lucille said, still wrapping dressing around her hand.
"You um. I think Cyprus could fix it. Um." He was getting more and more uncomfortable the longer he stood there. "I'm sorry, I'm just gonna go," he said, moving to leave
“Bye.” Lucille said, slamming the door again.
Jay flinched bodily at the noise before deciding his room would be the safe place to go. He ran into his room, curling up on the bed. Don't cry don't cry don't cry, he thought as Cyprus floated into view. The ghost gave Jay a sad look before vanishing and reappearing in Lucille's room. "Hey, you!"
Lucille was sweeping up broken glass bits.
Cyprus fully materialized and stomped over to her as much as a ghost could. He snapped his fingers, and the glass was gone. "You made my host cry y'know! Don't you feel just a little bit sorry, you posturing ignoramus!"
(I was about to make her smile creepliy then realized this was the wrong roleplay.)
Lucille looked up, raising an eyebrow. Her face was tear streaked.
(I have class, see you in 2 hours.)
"O-Oh," Cyprus said, anger immediately dying down. "I'm sorry. You're crying. I shouldn't have said that."
Addison flopped unto her bed. "Phoenix, watcha thinkn' about?"
"What we're gonna do," Phoenix responded, staring at the ceiling, "I mean, we can't leave the planet, so even if we can find the satellite, we can't get it back. Plus there's the whole our-crazy-parents thing. What if they find us? What will we do?" She covered her face and sighed, "Stars, I just don't know what to do."
Jay found himself curled in a ball, angrily staring at his arms. His sleeves were rolled up, and he had lost count of how many he had while trying to calm himself down. His right arm was covered in large, ugly scars, where his left had only a few here and there. He hated them, hated to look at them, but counting them seemed to help when he was upset
Addison nodded. "I'm scared Phoenix. What if they find us?"
"Oh, Stars," Phoenix sighed again, "I guess we'll have to face them somehow. It's not like they'd just let us leave."
Iskra sensed Jay's distress and went to his port window, tapping it lightly with her snout.
Jay, you are, ok? she transmitted.
Jay was startled by the sound. He rolled over to see Iskra tapping on his window. A goofy smile spread across his face, and he wiped his eyes. He vaguely wondered why he was even able to cry if his eyes were mainly made of metal. He walked over to the window, opening it
"O-Oh," Cyprus said, anger immediately dying down. "I'm sorry. You're crying. I shouldn't have said that."
Lucille glanced at Cyprus, and continued sweeping.
Jay, you are, ok? Iskra transmitted, sticking her snout in and looking at him
It's nothing, really, Jay transmitted, absently scratching at one of his larger scars.
Cyprus frowned at Lucille. "Stop. You could get cut. Let me," he said, holding out his hand for the broom
