Jackson staggers to his feet, leaning on a nearby wall, "…bran…" he repeats over and over again. His mind was delirious from the blow

Colden starts hearing someone yelling a name. He didn't care that they weren't calling his name so he ran towards the noise.

Jackson holds his arms, shivering. He was soaked to the bone and his head was throbbing.

Colden saw someone and ran over to them. "Hey are you ok?" He asked quietly standing in front of the guy.

"N-no. I dunno where I am. I dont know what happened to my brother They took him."

"ok calm down. Just calm down for a second. Could you please just explain what happened."

"I dont know. The officials came. That's all I know."

"ok. Weird question. What were they wearing."

"Uniforms. Authorities. They took him. They took my brother. Bran."

"alright. But I meant their symbol on their uniform what was it. Because the symbols are different depending on where they work."

"I dunno. I didnt see." Jackson walks past the guy and down the street a little ways

"well he could have been taken because of the black market. Free slave work. Other things."

"Shut up.. Shut up!" Jackson roars, his head pounding again, "Why are you here? Leave me alone. I have to find him."

"fine. Sorry. I just someone yelling while I was on a walk." Colden said then started to walk away down the alley towards the street.

"Right." Jackson walks briskly to the street, "Do you know where this… Market, is?"

"down the street to the right" Colden said then walked away.

Jackson sprints in the direction.

Colden just nodded and kept walking.

Jackson skids to a stops in the road of the market.

Colden walked into the darker streets and entered a small store.

Jackson looks around at the dark, dilapidated market.

"hey man." He says to the clerk as he looks around the store. He grabs a few things then put them on the counter and paid with the little money he had.

Jackson looks back and forth from the different blankets of displays. No sign of anything. No human.

Colden walked out of the market and looked around the street.

Everyone was gone. No person was ever seen. Just a few rats where the only living thing.

Colden shook his head put his Hood on and walked down the street back to his 'home'

Jackson turns around in the street. He felt about ready to break down and cry. He had no idea what the fuck was going on. He couldn't find his brother even if he wanted.

Colden walked silently through the streets head down and a bag in his hand.

Jackson's knees go out from under him and he splashes to the ground.

Colden walked through dark alleys then noticed one being recently blocked off. Colden sighed and turned around.
