in my high school's production of 1984, you know, the super creepy dystopian book that really accurately portrays modern America?
well there's a torture scene in there, and the person who is torturing the main character is supposed to throw a chair back towards the back of the stage at one point.
instead what happened is he ended up throwing the chair into the audience and hitting several people…… without breaking character

does that count as entertaining??

I was showing her some incorrect quotes with my characters and she was watching YouTube and drawing, and then she clicked out of Google and I saw that her background was a ton of pride flags, and I awkwardly touched the ace one and smiled but I didn't say anything cuz it was quiet worktime and I didn't want the whole class to know.
So yeah.

I'm 99% sure she's ace too, because of some offhand comments another friend made. She was RPing on Tumblr at lunch and I jokingly asked her if it was a smutty RP and she was like 'no I'm RPing with someone who's ace' and I was like 'oh ok' and then she showed me part of the RP and I asked who it was with and she said her but idk if it was the same RP

I'm learning it, but I know no other people in the community who do.

Oh…. I don't know about ASL but I remember learning Makaton when I was in year 4 shrug
I only did that because I was friends with a boy who couldn't speak properly due to various disabilities..

Idk I just happen to know the alphabet so I can fingerspell if need be (and a few random words)

I was learning asl for a while but kind of fell out of it after a while, there are also 0 classes in my city for asl so I just kind of stopped

GUYS I TOOK 4 YEARS OF ASL AS MY FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN HIGH SCHOOL!!!!
i wouldnt of thought of asl as a LGBTQIA+ thing… but it is really fun and you get to be super dramatic and expressive. At my school it attracted the theatre people for that reason…. and a lot of us were LGBTQIA+ so….. I mean…. you may be onto something there
